This property was amazing. The screened in lanai with pool was one of our favorite parts. We swam everyday and it was so nice to not have to deal with bugs. We also worked with them to have a boat delivered to the house and we used it for 4 days. This went above and beyond our expectations! We used the boat to cruise around, go to private beaches, go to restaurants, and even just to sit on while it was docked at the house. The tiki hut was amazing during the day for some shade and a light breeze by the water. The house was fully equipped, with EVERYTHING you could need. We placed an instacart order to be delivered the day we arrived for our groceries, but they had seasonings, aluminum foil, all kitchen utensils, and plenty of dishware. This was important for us because we ate most of our meals at the house and we only had to run the dishwasher 2 times for the entire week. They only provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies, so be sure to bring these items with you or just add to your grocery order. We will be back!

Our family had an AMAZING time at your property. We are even considering coming back again next year!

Was a wonderful place, quiet, nice pool

From the moment you step in, its perfect. This home far exceeded our expectations and then some. My family and I enjoyed every inch of this beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. Cleanliness and attention to detail was amazing. We loved the fact It felt like home and not just a rental. Definitely will be looking forward to returning next year.

I worked with EVA over the phone, but we never met. She also responded quickly to my questions. I did not meet any-other of the staff other then by electronic communications. The trip went well and didn't require much interfacing.

The property was very well maintained and had all that we needed for the week stay. It was large and had room enough for many more people.

Beautiful, clean and a convenient, quiet location! We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, fishing off the dock and the daily afternoon lightning shows . The yard was nicely landscaped and having the backyard fenced was a great feature for our dogs who like to sniff everything out before deciding on the perfect spot for taking care of business. The only glitch we had was receiving the wrong code for the door in the check in email, but it only took about 10 minutes to resolve and the rest of the vacation was trouble free. We would definitely stay with Vesteva again!

Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful vacation home! We had a relaxing time and its obvious that you take great care to provide things that people enjoy on vacation. Such a beautiful home! We loved everything about it. We are already planning a return visit! Vanessa was a perfect host and saw to our every need. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and each person we passed waved and made us welcome.

The house is beautiful and the views of the cabal are heavenly. We enjoyed being outdoors the entire time we were there. Ft Myers us close to hit the shops and beaches. We will definitely come back to stay with Vesteva Vacation Rentals.

We had a really nice time at this home. It was comfortable, well stocked and exactly as pictured. Walmart and Publix are close by as well. There arent a ton of restaurants super close but its a Short enough distance to sanibel island and fort Myers beach that we made several trips throughout our stay and there are some great places in those areas. There were so many extras in the house that were helpful like spices in the kitchen or bikes, pool floats, a fishing pole and a cooler in the garage. The kids enjoyed watching the iguanas in the yard across the canal and the little lizards that run around outside. The backyard pool is great! Were hoping to come back again.

We did not have much contact with the team there was no need everything was just as advertised but the little we did they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service we received.

Amazing place, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything you will need, garage had tons of beach and pool items, the pool was awesome (we did lots of night swimming). Place was super clean and inviting. The master bath was bigger than my first apartment! Super easy to check in and out with no hassle. Location is nice, quiet and residential and quick mile down the rod to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing place, well appointed and beautifully decorated, and convenient location. Pool was awesome, we did lots of night swimming, and garage had everything you need for a beach trip. Easy to get to Ft. Meyer, Sanibel, Captiva. Vesteva made it super easy to check in and out and responded quickly to a maintenance request.

My son and I stayed at one of many beautiful vacation rentals through Vesteva Rentals called, Silhouette last week and to our surprise it was so much better in person, the pictures don't do the property justice! The home is very beautiful and I must mention that the house cleaning was immaculate. Eva helped me with the rental process and it went so smoothly, she is such a wonderful and professional person who really cares. Steffan also was very helpful when I had a couple questions, he was very prompt. We have been going to Cape Coral and surrounding areas for a very long time and we have only used Vesteva Rentals as we are always very pleased with their customer service as well as their beautiful vacation homes. We had so much fun there that we did not want to leave. Thank you Vesteva!

Just need to upgrade the main room bed

This home surpasses all expectations!! The pictures online are beautiful but this home is even more impressive in person!! Great location! Beautiful home! The inside of the home has an amazing layout and the decor is absolutely perfect! My jaw literally dropped when when we arrived and I saw everything this place had to offer. The outdoor living space was perfect for our family! The pool was so much fun and the outdoor kitchen and living space made it easy to enjoy our time outdoors! This house also had every amenity you could think of! Kitchenware, towels, coolers, rafts, kids toys, games, extra blankets and pillows, fishing poles, slow cooker, instapot, and extra ice maker with the outdoor grill, coffee, bar glasses, office supplies, phone and tablet chargers in every room, plus so much more!! We packed random extras as most families do and literally needed nothing once we arrived. Everything was provided for us! I cannot speak highly enough about this Vacation Rental! If youre debating do yourself a favor and just book now you wont regret it!

"February-March 2021. We love your house Porto al Mare. First time in this house but we are all booked up for same months in 2022. The pool is wonderful - perfect temp 86-87. We love the spaciousness of the house, great location and also easy to get everywhere. The TV on the lanai is really special - watched it every day. Thanks again, Jim and Cindy B.

Again, everything was great, except the beds. Back ache from King bed in Master bedroom - it sagged too much. I weigh about 198lbs. Had to sleep on twin Ikea mattresses.

Questions were answered, they deliverers on everything we asked for. They were the best.

It was a wonderful experience. Peaceful, clean and had everything we asked for. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you.
