This new Florida vacation home is located in the desirable SW Cape Coral quadrant. Surrounded by new construction homes on a Gulf access canal, this luxury home was newly decorated and features an array of tasteful contemporary-modern furnishings.
Immediately upon entering the glass front door, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings, an open living room, a kitchen with an island and an unobstructed view out the lanai and swimming pool. The large living room features comfortable couches to relax in as well as a large kitchen with island and a separate dining room.
The master bedroom is located on the left side of the house. Both guest bedrooms are located on the right side of the home and share a bathroom. The guest bathroom offers ample space, dual sinks as well as a tub shower. The master bedroom has doors that open up to the lanai, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and a walk through shower.
The lanai is set up with a large flat screen TV, dining table to seat six guests as well as a separate lounge area. The salt water swimming pool is electrically heated and features a water fountain feature. There is a walkway down to the boat dock which is ideal for fishing, relaxing and sun bathing.

Das Haus hat einen "Open Floorplan", d.h. dass Kueche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer einen grossen Raum bilden. Von hier aus hat man einen schoenen Blick durch die Glastueren direkt auf den Salzwasserpool sowie dem dahinter liegenden Kanal.
Das Elternschlafzimmer mit Badezimmer befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses waehrend die beiden Gaestezimmer mit gemeinsamen Bad sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses befinden. Das Gaestebad hat zwei Waschbecken, Toilette und eine Badedusche.
Auf der Terrasse steht ein grosser Fernseher fuer Sie bereit und der elektrisch beheizte Swimmingpool kann das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden. Von der Terrasse fuehrt ein Gehweg direkt zum eigenen Bootsdock. Von hier aus kann man angeln, sich sonnen oder einfach nur relaxen.

This place is awesome. It was super clean. The house and everything is brand new and well taken care of. The finishes on the house are top notch. You can tell the builder knew what they were doing as everything was thought of. It was a very quiet peaceful place. The owner/renter have thought of everything. There are tons of bath towels and beach towels for the pool. There are extra pillows and blankets. The bedding and towels were high end. It is the little things that make the difference. It was like staying in a 5 star personal residence.

The place is really nice, cozy, super clean, stylish interior design and very comfortable. Also all the amenities within the house were terrific, the owmers left some laundry and detergent and softener as well as other things to get you started. Very thoughtful touch. Also, there are beach chairs and umbrella for use. Excellent place to stay with kids. The pool was great and we used it a lot. The area is quiet and safe and 30/40 min away from nice beaches. Would definitely come back.

- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc. pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
