Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

I loved the property. It was beautiful. The pool was very nice of you as grades. Everything was just as pictured. We really enjoyed the place.

The check in and check out instructions were clear and concise.

A few things we would like to share but certainly did not hinder our stay: Some of the pot-lights are burnt out in the kitchen and primary bath. The towel hanger coming into the primary bath by the light switch is not secure to the wall. The lanai screen is torn at the middle of the pool, canal side.

This is our second time staying in a Vesteva property and it was a great experience again. Very easy to work with and the communication is excellent.

Mystique is a beautiful home with a lot of high end amenities. It was he prefect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The moment we walked in the door we knew it was going to be a great week at this property. The little details of music playing when we walked in the door to the alligator floaty in the pool - so welcoming for our young family. The property was well equipped with quality amenities and incredibly clean. We appreciated being able to be "at home" while we were on vacation. Our family of four enjoyed the heated pool every day and enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the deck. We highly recommend Vesteva and when we vacation in SW Florida again, we'll be sure to book with you!

Informative and pleasant to deal with, very easy transaction

The stay was great, as I indicated the home is well appointed and in a great neighborhood. Dining and shopping are close. There was nothing lacking! We didn't need to contact anyone with questions, this was taken care of in advance leaving no questions to ask.

Everyone was very nice, the preparation, the tips, the explanations about the house, worked out down to the last detail, everything was very accommodating and friendly. Always available and quick to answer questions.

We really enjoyed our vacation. A great and quiet area to relax. The house was in top condition with every comfort. We will definitely come back and book with Vesteva again.

Rental team was awesome -Very helpful and everytime ready to answer all questions.

We loved to stay in a big luxury house for 3 weeks from Europe. We were happy to have everything what we need in vacation time. Pool and jakuzii were wonderful. All rooms were cleaned, all furniture were high quality.

Your team was quick to respond then we did need to reach out prior to our trip. I also really appreciated being asked if it was ok that the owner come by to pick up something during our stay instead of just showing up. I thought that showed that your team really valued our vacation time and privacy. We have been coming down to Cape Coral/Ft Meyers for 6 years now for the Roy Hobbs baseball tournament and I will be looking at the homes you have available for our next trip- we had a great experience using you! Thank you!

A few suggestions if you would like to consider them, but it did not impact our stay in a negative way to deduct any stars. It was a struggle to know what door to open when using the sliding Lanai doors. A simple window decal or door handle would be helpful! Also, having a few washcloths would be great too. Overall, our stay was great, and we loved the home! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Very responsive to questions when we arrived.

The only feedback is there is a lack of bath towels; washcloths, hand towels and body towels. We bought kitchen hand towels and left them behind for future guests to use. Also the hairdryer in the primary suite had a sticky handle where I had to hold it with a towel to use it. I don't think it can be cleaned off. But other than that we loved our stay. Oh and we also left cornhole boards behind for future guest use.
