This breathtaking Vacation Rental Home is located in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. Within walking distance to Cape Harbour with their excellent restaurants Rumrunner and Fathoms as well as the Marina this property sits on a southern facing piece of land on a direct sailboat access canal. The property itself is two stories and features 3 bedrooms as well as 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The den features an office desk as well as a pull out couch and comfortable seating. The vaulted ceilings of this two story home make the living room feel massive. Enjoy the intersecting canal views from the large kitchen with a built in island or the large living room which features comfortable furnishings and a great entertainment system. The master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. From the master bedroom one can reach the pool outdoor area directly through a door. The two guest rooms and another full bathroom along with an upstairs TV sitting area are located on the second floor. Sit, relax and just breathe while enjoying breathtaking views from the upstairs balcony. The pool area features a large dining area, a separate outdoor kitchen (main BBQ is reserved for owner use only, but guests do have a separate Gas BBQ available to them), as well as an electrically heated swimming pool and spa. This property is located on a direct access canal, which means that the Caloosahatchee River can be reached within a few minutes from leaving the dock.
Diese wunderschoene Ferienvilla liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse nur wenige Laufminuten von Cape Harbour entfernt. Zu Fuss kann man die kleinen Shops sowie Rumrunners und Fathoms Restaurants in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen. Das Haus selbst bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Buero sowie 3.5 Baeder welche auf 2 Stockwerke verteilt sind. Beim betreten des Hauses wird man von einer enormen Decken hoehe begruesst. Der Blick geht direkt auf die grosse Pool Area sowie den elektrisch beheizten Swimming Pool and Spa. Das Master Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der ersten Etage und hat ein eigenes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche sowie einer Badewanne. Das Buero ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine ausziehbare Couch sowie gemuetliche Moebel. In der zweiten Etage befinden sich die beiden Gaestezimmer sowie ein weiteres Bad. Der Balkon in der zweiten Etage ist sehr geraeumig und von hier aus kann hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Nachbarschaft sowie die Kanal Kreuzung. Ein weiteres kleines Wohnzimmer, ideal geeignet fuer Kinder, befindet sich auch in der zweiten Etage.
Eine Aussenkuche sowie ein grosser Swimming Pool und Spa duerfen bei diesem Ferien Objekt natuerlich nicht fehlen. Der grosse Terrassenbereich ist mit einem Screen ausgestattet und hier hat man genuegend Platz zum relaxen und geniessen.
(Der eingebaute Grill in der Aussenkueche steht Gaesten nicht zur Verfuegung, allerdings steht ein separater Gas BBQ fuer Gaeste bereit)

Had a couple questions prior to arrival and Vestava got back with me within 24 hours. They were there to receive emails, text or phone calls. Available if you need them but they do not intrude on your vacation. Great people!

The property exceeded our expectations. You view the pictures and I always worry the photos are taken in a way to have the subject look better than reality. This circumstance was just the opposite. The photos dont do this property justice. This home, inside and out, is beautiful. So roomy and thoughtfully appointed, if youre not comfortable here, not sure youd find comfort anywhere. This vacation home was hard to leave, no doubt we will be back! Thanks to all at Vesteva.

We really enjoyed our stay in Charlotte's Terrace. The house was gorgeous, the bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool area was spacious and had nice areas to sit outside and enjoy the great weather.

Steffen did the house instruction with us and immediately took care of the pool pump. He also told us that the snake at the pool was not a black mamba, that it was just a harmless garden snake
Vanessa was very nice and accommodating when we expressed our request for a late check out and came to meet us without any problems

- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.

- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc. pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
