Rental team was awesome -Very helpful and everytime ready to answer all questions.

We loved to stay in a big luxury house for 3 weeks from Europe. We were happy to have everything what we need in vacation time. Pool and jakuzii were wonderful. All rooms were cleaned, all furniture were high quality.

Your team was quick to respond then we did need to reach out prior to our trip. I also really appreciated being asked if it was ok that the owner come by to pick up something during our stay instead of just showing up. I thought that showed that your team really valued our vacation time and privacy. We have been coming down to Cape Coral/Ft Meyers for 6 years now for the Roy Hobbs baseball tournament and I will be looking at the homes you have available for our next trip- we had a great experience using you! Thank you!

A few suggestions if you would like to consider them, but it did not impact our stay in a negative way to deduct any stars. It was a struggle to know what door to open when using the sliding Lanai doors. A simple window decal or door handle would be helpful! Also, having a few washcloths would be great too. Overall, our stay was great, and we loved the home! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Very responsive to questions when we arrived.

The only feedback is there is a lack of bath towels; washcloths, hand towels and body towels. We bought kitchen hand towels and left them behind for future guests to use. Also the hairdryer in the primary suite had a sticky handle where I had to hold it with a towel to use it. I don't think it can be cleaned off. But other than that we loved our stay. Oh and we also left cornhole boards behind for future guest use.

We have loved our stay here! We experienced Hurricane Milton and although not directly hit, the area did receive minor damage. Many businesses did not reopen for several days. However, we had everything we needed at hand. Beautiful home, lovely scenery, swimming pool, hot sunny days, well equipped kitchen to cook our meals, pleasant walks, books to read, games to play, TV.all provided pure relaxation! We are sad to be heading back to cold, wet weather in Wellington, NZ tomorrow. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts. Weve loved our stay! Brenda and Robert, Wellington, New Zealand

Everything was perfect, just the start with the wrong door code has to be Improved next time. And we would recommend to highlight the fact that you are not allowed to use the outdoor kitchen at this property, because we missed it in the discritpion.

This place has it all - and I mean it! Have stayed at a bunch of vacation rentals over the years, and this one is by far the best experience we have had. The place feels like brand new, even though I know others have stayed there. My wife commented that it even smells good! as she walked around - smiling from ear to ear - while she checked it out the first day. I hit a home run with this one! For the reviewer who wrote they wished it had a Keurig/single brew coffee maker - they have one now! I guess the owners really care about the comfort of their guests, and read their reviews because the coffee maker they have is dual purpose. If you want to brew a pot, you can. If you want to brew a single cup, you can do that too. This place seriously had it all, from clean comfortable beds to good WIFI, a really nice big screen TV, and a thoughtfully well-equipped kitchen with a massive grill on the lanai. Enough seating for family dinners inside or outside on the lanai which has a ceiling fan making it nice and breezy on the warmer days. They had pool floats and kids toys available in the garage and Adirondack chairs down on the dock if you want to have your coffee on the water. So peaceful. It was exactly the respite we were seeking for our getaway. Several cute little restaurants and bars within walking distance of this location, too. I actually hesitated to share the details of this little gem so I could keep it pristine for our future visits - but in the end, I think we need to support this kind of vacation rental property. Ive stayed in so many that had ridiculous prices and add on fees, rules and cleaning list requirements. Places I would never stay again. We need more places like this onewhere the check in and check out is easy, the place is comfortable and well-equipped and the prices are still affordable.

Had a couple questions prior to arrival and Vestava got back with me within 24 hours. They were there to receive emails, text or phone calls. Available if you need them but they do not intrude on your vacation. Great people!

The property exceeded our expectations. You view the pictures and I always worry the photos are taken in a way to have the subject look better than reality. This circumstance was just the opposite. The photos dont do this property justice. This home, inside and out, is beautiful. So roomy and thoughtfully appointed, if youre not comfortable here, not sure youd find comfort anywhere. This vacation home was hard to leave, no doubt we will be back! Thanks to all at Vesteva.

it is great working with the Vesteva Vacation Rental group, they are amazing and so nice. Vanessa is such a great help. That is why we are coming back to Florida and using Vesteva.

Palm Pointe is a beautiful home. We never saw a bug in the house the eight days we were there. The pool is very clean and the hot tub works perfectly. The air conditioning was set at 78 and was quite comfortable for us during our stay. The house is even bigger and more beautiful in person. Ceiling fans and TV's in every room. Silent Bosch dishwasher, top of the line washer & dryer. All the appliances in the home look pretty new. You can park in the garage. For me this house had that "wow" factor and I hope to rent this home again next year.

We have been to Cape Coral many times over the last 10 years, and always choose Vesteva for our holiday stay. I have never had a bad experience with any of the Vesteva staff. Any time I needed to contact the team (which wasnt often) they were efficient and quick to fix any issue we have had. I never seem to worry about my holiday when my plans include renting from Vesteva, they are reliable and accommodating. Thank you so much!!

My husband and I stayed in Cape Vista for 16 glorious days just recently. From the moment we pulled into the driveway it felt like home. The property is absolutely gorgeous and serene. The home is equipped with everything you need. Although, we only needed one bed it was so comfy, Im sure the others were the same. Morning coffee by the pool looking out onto the canal was a dream, its my favourite thing to do while staying in Cape Coral. Its a wide canal and has the most beautiful views. We spent evenings on the dock watching the sunset, the fish and turtles. There were two turtle that came often and I truly believe they wanted us to take them out of the water if they could jump Im sure they would have. The neighbourhood was so quiet and peaceful. There are a family of burrowing owls across the street along with some tiny bunnies. It truly was the most amazing, relaxing vacation that we needed. We may have watched television for an hour maybe two. We visited Cape Harbour, the Yacht Club, Sanibel/Capiva, Ft. Myers, Barefoot Beach, and Lovers Key. Southwest Florida is amazing. Theres so many beautiful places to see and things to do. Jets Pizza is to die for if you love pizza, and isnt to far from Cape Vista. If you are thinking of renting, dont hesitate! We were so sad to leave and cant wait to return. What a beautiful, amazing home! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay, counting down the days till we can return again. Das Haus ist sehr schn eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Toller Pool und Terassenbereich mit einem BBQ Gasgrill. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Flatscreens und auch der Khlschrank waren super. In jedem Raum und auf der Terasse befindet sich ein TV. 2 Badezimmer auf jeweils am anderen Ende des Hauses. Wir werden versuchen wieder zu kommen.

Sehr kundenorientiert und professionell. Vielen Dank fuer die Zusammenarbeit.

We stayed for 8 weeks July and August. Everything once again met and exceeded our expectations. The property is amazing. Pool and the beautiful view makes it a very relaxing stay. Vesteva team is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. We love this property. Next year is already booked. Cant wait
