The home is centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants, shopping or just an easy bike ride to Cape Coral’s vibrant downtown area. If you enjoy tranquility, but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Lover’s Key features beautiful airy and beachy décor, the two bedrooms are fitting for two couples or a small family with two king size beds.

For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and glass patio doors that bring in plenty of light when enjoying your vacation retreat.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the fully equipped kitchen with its nook area with views of the outside or the formal dining area with garden views this home is just comfortable and a fantastic home away from home with a great island feel.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing on the boat dock and watching amazing sun sets.

This place has it all - and I mean it! Have stayed at a bunch of vacation rentals over the years, and this one is by far the best experience we have had.
The place feels like brand new, even though I know others have stayed there. My wife commented that it even smells good! as she walked around - smiling from ear to ear - while she checked it out the first day. I hit a home run with this one!
For the reviewer who wrote they wished it had a Keurig/single brew coffee maker - they have one now! I guess the owners really care about the comfort of their guests, and read their reviews because the coffee maker they have is dual purpose. If you want to brew a pot, you can. If you want to brew a single cup, you can do that too.
This place seriously had it all, from clean comfortable beds to good WIFI, a really nice big screen TV, and a thoughtfully well-equipped kitchen with a massive grill on the lanai.
Enough seating for family dinners inside or outside on the lanai which has a ceiling fan making it nice and breezy on the warmer days.
They had pool floats and kids toys available in the garage and Adirondack chairs down on the dock if you want to have your coffee on the water. So peaceful. It was exactly the respite we were seeking for our getaway.
Several cute little restaurants and bars within walking distance of this location, too.
I actually hesitated to share the details of this little gem so I could keep it pristine for our future visits - but in the end, I think we need to support this kind of vacation rental property. Ive stayed in so many that had ridiculous prices and add on fees, rules and cleaning list requirements. Places I would never stay again. We need more places like this onewhere the check in and check out is easy, the place is comfortable and well-equipped and the prices are still affordable.

Didnt have any direct contact, but all directions were easy to follow. Only communication issue, was that we got in super late on our arrival day, and the directions werent super clear for finding the lock box (especially in the dark) we tried to use the key pad over and over, which wouldnt work, then finally found a lock box. Wouldve been easier to just write specific instructions for this property (ie; use lock box located on garage door). We looked all over the entrance area, and almost called at 12 am.

The property was beautiful and just as the pictures. It was well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable vacation. Only issue was difficulty finding lock box on arrival day late at night, and no sheets with pack n play for baby.

We didnt realize the key was in a lockbox vs. using the front door coded lock. I got ahold of them right away and they helped us out. This was the only interaction we had w them the whole week.

Nice, clean cozy rental. Pool was nice and heated. Overall, it was a great experience and I would rent it again.
A couple recommendations would be a can cuzzies for the pool area and a Keurig coffee machine.
