Prepare to be impressed as you enter this waterfront villa, introducing a beautiful open concept design highlighted with high multi-height ceilings and a magnificent view of the desirable outdoor space through the retractable door. This home offers a spacious living area, a fully-furnished kitchen and a multi purpose den with both a desk and a queen pullout sofa. The floor plan of this home allows for easy central entertaining and a split bedroom design. You will find a private master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite & walk in closet on one end of the house with access to the screened in lanai and pool area. On the opposing side of the house, you will find a queen guest suite that also has access to the screened lanai and pool area. A third suite featuring both a queen size & full size bed can also be found on this side as well as a shared bath with pool side access. Making this the perfect retreat for adults/couples & families alike!

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
