Das Ferienhaus Villa Nautical ist ein wundervolles Anwesen in der Nähe des Caloosahatchee River im Südosten von Cape Coral. Dieses entzückende Haus bietet alten Charme mit einem Strandflair, das zum Florida Livestyle passt.

Es ist nur fünfundzwanzig Minuten von Matlacha und fünfundzwanzig Minuten von Fort Myers Beach entfernt, was es zu einer sehr zentralen Lage für viele Unternehmungen macht. Das Nautical Home erlaubt Haustiere, damit die Gäste das warme Wetter mit ihren pelzigen Freunden genießen können. Ein Bonus ist, dass der nahe gelegene Fort Myers Beach hundefreundlich ist!

Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (1 King, 1 Queen und 1 Pyramid Bunk) und 2 Badezimmer. Nautical bietet bequem Platz für sechs Gäste. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit sind alle wesentlichen Dinge enthalten: voll ausgestattete Küche, Bettwäsche, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, ein Weinkühlschrank und mehr. Das Innendesign ist sauber und modern. Von der Küche aus haben Sie Zugang zu zwei separaten Essbereichen und dem Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch drahtloses Internet, TV und ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus.

Zu den Highlights im Außenbereich gehören: eine große Lanai, die darauf wartet, zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Essen im Freien, Faulenzen, Unterhalten und Schwimmen im Pool genutzt zu werden. Es gibt auch vier Liegestühle und einen Bar-/Grillbereich im Freien in der Nähe des Pools. Nautical hat wirklich alles und ist nur 30 Autominuten vom Southwest Florida International Airport entfernt.

- Boat Lifts:
The boat lifts at our properties are generally not available for guests usage. Please inquire with our rental staff to see if a boat lift can be made accessible during your rental stay. If no prior arrangements are made, the boat lift will not be available for tenant use.

- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
