The property is in a quiet, SW Cape Coral neighborhood with tons of restaurants, shopping and stores around.
When entering the front door you will find a spacious floor plan featuring high ceiling, an open concept floorplan with a large open kitchen and island with amply of hang out space.
The floor plan is open to the living and dining room.
The three bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
For those who still work on their vacation time, there is a den with work desk or room for quiet reading and reflecting. If needed the den can accommodate 2 additional guests with the option of a pull-out Murphy bed.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy and Chiquita with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Margarita Ville features beautiful décor and can fit up to 6 (potentially 8) guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and double front doors, which upon entering you have a great view to your pool area and canal.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just entertaining in the built in bar with outdoor fridge and sink.
The pool is great for refreshing dips or just to relax and soak up the sun on the sun ledge or in cooler months enjoy the jacuzzi.
Margarita Ville truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
