This stunning vacation rental property Paradise Palms is located in SW Cape Coral on a Gulf Access Canal. The property location is very close to grocery stores, restaurants as well as entertainment. The property itself features 3 bedrooms and a den as well as 2.5 bathrooms. When entering the front door, the property features an open floor plan with high ceilings, an open kitchen, 2 separate dining areas and lots of natural light. The master bedroom is located on the right side of the property featuring a king size bed, direct access to the lanai through a sliding glass door as well as an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom features dual sinks, a soaking tub as well as a walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house along with another bathroom plus a pool bathroom. The den can be used as an office or another bedroom as it features a day bed. The western facing pool area with solar and electric pool heat features plenty of deck around the swimming pool to lounge and hang out. There is plenty of space underneath the under truss lanai area for a foosball table along with a dining table and seating for 6. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the wrap around boat dock which features a tiki hut and two comfortable adirondack chairs.

The pictures online did not do justice to the tranquility and beauty of the property. I researched 100s of Cape Coral rentals before choosing Paradise Palms and the house and pool were beyond our expectations. The only changes to consider would be the master mattress is very firm, charging ports/outlets for bedrooms, and a few kitchen items could be added like mixing bowls. We loved the view and the neighborhood was quiet. The kids had a blast in the pool and we kayaked the canals in the mornings and rode bikes around the neighborhood. Cape Coral was a great starting point for our exploring of southwest Florida and it's an easy drive to Everglades, Marco Island, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Meyers Beach. You can't go wrong with this property. We loved it! Thank you!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our visit. Check in was easy. The house was clean and had a slew of thoughtful amenities. You dont even need to bring a cooler and although we didnt go fishing there were even fishing rods which I thought was awesome. We did take full advantage of the beach umbrellas. Of note, this location relatively close to a lot of beaches. We loved Ft Myer beach, Bowmans beach, and Bonita beach. The pool was wonderful.

We had a FANTASTIC stay. You guys literally thought of everything. The pool floaties and the umbrella came in handy. We brought a cooler but it was nice to have the option if we needed another. The only thing I would note is the kitchen sink faucet is loose and probably needs looked at soon and some larger mixing bowls would be nice for cooking. Neither of these things had a negative impact on our vacation at all though.

This stay was amazing! Me and my four friends all had a great time. There are three bedrooms with king beds and then an office with a twin bed, but you dont get much privacy as the doors to the room are glass. Our only disappoint was that we were only provided with a roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag (we knew this ahead of time but it was still a bummer and probably the only downside of trip). So many beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. a two person kayak, a two person Canoe which could easily hold a third person. We ate all of our meals on the lanai and it was so nice. The pool and hot tub were great and I really am a snob about this kind of thing, germ wise. You could tell the pool and deck get a nice clean job. Overall a great stay! The kitchen is also fully stocked

My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our first trip with our 2 children whom are both under 4 and being able to stay in a place with full kitchen, each of us having our own room and a private pool made the much needed vacation stress free. The amenities for my children were perfect and home itself was clean and beautiful. My wife was so happy with the stay and continued to rave about the place the entire trip. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful! Everything we needed was there for us...plus some. The pots and pans weren't the best but they were fine for your average stay. With covid we did a lot more cooking at the house than going out so otherwise they would have been adequate. The house is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Wonderful stay!

The stay was very nice overall. We were surprised that the amenities pack, was so small for a 3 week stay, seems like if you stay a day or a month its the same which does not make much sense. But we are new to the rental house game so what do we know...
