Beautiful, clean and a convenient, quiet location! We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, fishing off the dock and the daily afternoon lightning shows . The yard was nicely landscaped and having the backyard fenced was a great feature for our dogs who like to sniff everything out before deciding on the perfect spot for taking care of business. The only glitch we had was receiving the wrong code for the door in the check in email, but it only took about 10 minutes to resolve and the rest of the vacation was trouble free. We would definitely stay with Vesteva again!

This was an amazing experience for us! As two families who really bonded last year and became COVID Buddies, we took a chance on this vacation home which looked beautiful from the pictures! Well, we were not disappointed! A wonderful home, spacious and all-inclusive of anything you might need throughout your stay, or at least to get you started (like TP, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) It was exactly as described! The location is awesome, a 6-minute walk from the grocery (and liquor) store! A beautiful pool and hot tub, a nice partly covered deck with seating and dining area, and a nice gas grill we used on a couple of occasions. The home backs up to a canal with a dock and tiki hut area, which was great for fishing and relaxing, and the kayaks in the garage were awesome for us to take our kids out on the water. Ample towels were available for the pool and bathing/showering. The washer and dryer were large which was awesome since we had to do laundry throughout the week for 6 people (4a/2ch.) Beds were comfy and we brought our own pillows. Nothing wrong necessarily with the ones that were provided, we just prefer our own. When we arrived the house was very clean and great care seemed to have been taken to maintain it. We never saw the Property Manager but did text with Lee who was very friendly and courteous in their responses. We noted a couple of things (a stain on the carpet in one room and a broken drawer in the kitchen) and they sent someone out on Monday morning to address it, which was great. If youre into cycling, bring your bike! Cape Coral and Sanibel are extremely bike-friendly! Fort Myers is too, but when cycling from Cape Coral to Sanibel (about 17 miles to get to the other side of the causeway) there are some sections where youll be riding on the road with no bike lane. All-in-all we would highly recommend this Airbnb if you want to stay in a great location that is quiet yet close to attractions like Fort Myers and Sanibel. Note youll have to pay $8 in tolls to get from there to Sanibel, but its still cheaper that spending a week on the island!

Wow! What a great experience! Thank you for allowing us to stay at Villa Patricia! We had an amazing time! We loved the location, the pool and the hot tub, the large washer and dryer combo, the kitchen with all the tools we needed (though the culinary knives do need some sharpening,) the grill, and all the other amenities offered! All in all a 5-star experience! We do have a few comments though. Nothing that significantly impacted our experience but if I were to offer my home up as a vacation destination Id want to know: The only comment regarding cleanliness is that the tiki hut area was not very clean. Seemed like some dried fish bait on the table, and bird poop on the chairs. Nothing crazy, but wanted you to be aware. Also, the switch on the left nightstand light in the room right of the second bathroom was completely stripped and could not be used to turn the light on or off. And lastly, we didnt notice until our last night when we pulled out the luggage stand in the master bedroom that one of the legs is broken, so we put that back in the closet. But as mentioned before, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciate the opportunity to have stayed in Cape Coral!

Great hosts - beautiful, pristine home. The location was great and having the pool as well as canal access for fishing was fun. Having the kayaks there was a bonus and we all enjoyed them over the course of the weekend. Our only suggestion (it is so minor) as in improvement on the quality of pillows on the beds. Everything was great - thank you!!!

Very positive team, flexible and easy to work with

We have spent nearly 4 months at Patricia and we feel at home here. Having owned a rental property in the past, we treat this house as if it's our own.

My family (including two young kids) had a great week at this house!! The heated pool was great addition and the kids had a great time with all of the pool toys. The house was very spacious with an excellent kitchen and all necessary cooking amenities. The location was lovely - right on a canal, walking distance from a grocery store, and a 30 minute drive to Sanibel Island. A nearby yacht club had a park and a beach as well as a great restaurant on the water. Overall - we really enjoyed our time and would definitely return!

The customer service was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. We worked with Robert who was very kind and thoughtful and look forward to working with him again. Also we would like to thank Stefon for all his help that had nothing to do with our rental but for a last minute rental on the last night we were there. My Son was in a jam and I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for all his help. Thanks again!

Nice Clean and met all our needs.

On the morning of arrival it was great that we had a contact from the rental company, however as we had not yet used the pool area we had not noticed a string of one of the fans. We contacted the company just to advise but within 30 mins someone was there to fix it. Also quick response to any emails that was sent. Amazing service from the rental company

We had an amazing 5 days in villa Patricia and wished we booked more. The villa was beautiful, clean and well presented. The pool area and tiki hut were also amazing as were the kayaks The short drive to publixs (2 minutes in car) was also a plus. Only negatives were 4 seats at tiki hut, we had a party of 6 No electric kettle Building work has commenced next door. As you can see no major issues at all and would definitely book this villa again.

Great location. We rent vacation homes 5-6 times a year, so we are very experienced in vacation home rentals. The only improvements I would suggest: kitchen utensils are limited. Really could use more forks, spoons, etc. The clothes washer often had to run twice. On some cycles it didnt rinse out the detergent, nor empty the water completely. The dishwasher on the other hand was the quietest I have ever encountered.

We rented several times with Vesteva, and it is always the same high quality for the houses
