This fantastic two-story vacation home is located in SW Cape Coral, directly on the 8 Lakes. 
This large home has 3,500 square feet under air and sleeps up to 8 people. Take advantage of 3 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and an attached bathroom with dual sinks, Jacuzzi tub and walk through shower. The second king bedroom located on the ground level also has an en suite bathroom. A 1/2 bath is right off of the kitchen and is accessable from the  kitchen and outdoor pool area. Upstairs is a 3rd king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a full bath that is accessable for those 2 bedrooms. Formal dining, an upstairs game room with pool table and a separate cocktail bar are all yours to enjoy on your vacation.
The beautiful home has tile and wood floors throughout. The main living room has comfortable couches and a flat panel Samsung HD-TV with great views out to the swimming pool. The kitchen provides an island as well as stainless steel applicances. Take advantage of the upstairs cocktail bar and patio as the perfect location to slurp on a cocktail while watching the evening sun set over the water.

Since the home we originally booked became "unavailable", we had to select another home. Vanessa contacted us by email with with three alternatives to chose between. Our choice fell on Eight Lakes since we wanted to stay near Cape Coral PKWY. It was only me and my son and we only used one of the four bedrooms. Modernly equipped laundry room. A very nice living room with a cozy sofa and a large TV, plus for all the TV-channels available (we got to see some NHL games). The kitchen is well equipped but we either ate out or ordered take-out so the only cooking that happened during our stay was to boil some eggs in the morning. The bedroom we used during our stay was the one closest to the pool. Large and well equipped with drawers and an adjacent walk in closet. The belonging bathroom was clean and had a nice shower. Extra plus for the room on the second floor with a pool table. We spent several hours there every day! However, the cues where slight bent and there where no chalk and we couldn't find it in any store to buy. The pool area with the lake just outside was amazing (got to see dolphins just outside the house) and good size of the pool. One minus was that we never managed to get the pool heated to more than 76F although heater was programmed to 84F. According to the pool control unit inside the house, the pool was around 67F in the morning, slightly cold even for a Swede. Another minus with the house was the massive amount of electrical swithes in the house. It took us two days to figure out how to put on the light in the ceiling in the bedroom. We definitely recommend this house thanks to the standard of the house, the lovely pool area, the quiet surroundings and the closeness to stores and restaurants.

This home is exquisite!! Very clean and well maintained. The pool/spa is a highlight! Great design, water view, and pool toys for hours of fun! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, watching a dolphin in the lake, family dinners on the lanai, and seeing burrowing owls on our bike rides (2 bikes provided) in the neighborhood! The kitchen was a dream! It had everything we needed and more! The house is in a nice location. Within 30 minutes of the airport and the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to grocery stores and other retail shopping. The Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill and Cape Coral Yacht Club beach are only a 10 minute drive from the house. Great place to watch a sunset and see dolphins! We had such an awesome time at the Eight Lakes House! Just writing this review makes me want to go back! Thank you to all the Vesteva staff for giving us wonderful vacation memories!

I appreciated the timely replies to all my questions and concerns. Somewhere in the correspondence I received, it seemed to reference a guide/handbook about the home. If there is such a thing we couldn't find it in the house. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to find and work the pool controls (Thursday morning the pool guy came by so he showed us how to work everything so all was good). Your house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Perfect for peace of mind! The house is amazing and the views from the back are priceless! Its in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the manatees and dolphins by the deck. The pool and hot tub are excellent. The living room and kitchen are great for all your needs. Brand new washer and dryer too. The beds and bedrooms are perfect too. The three bathrooms are ideal for a house this size. You cannot go wrong with this house. Youll need two weeks to enjoy it all!

Beautiful property and very attentive and caring owners. This place was very spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. We were in town for an unexpected death in our family & Vanessa went out of her way to accommodate us. We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again in the future. Oh and the Manatees swimming around the dock and in the bay were a special treat to see throughout the day.

The house was very clean and Vesteva was great at communicating. We had a zero-contact arrival (lockbox) which was great (writing during Covid and quarentines). The kitchen is fantastic and very well stocked with dishes and cook ware-convection over, dishwasher, large refrigerator, two coffee makers (one upstairs) and a blender. You can dine in the kitchen, dining room or on the patio (two tables out there). Having a washer and dryer was great. Internet was fast and the connection was very good. The pool and spa are lovely but it would be useful to have a summary of how to work the controls (there is an automated panel inside the house to adjust temperature and lights). The garage is big and open allowing room for your vehicle (we brought our own kayaks and kept them in there as well). The dock was great (can do some fishing from it) and we rented a boat for the week (Vesteva can provide recommendations). There is a restriction on the electricity usage- this should be considered as we were very conservative yet still had a $32 surcharge for the week. But overall, it is a fantastic house in a great location. We saw dolphin swimming in the canal from the pool- what more can you ask for? Would definitely stay again. This was the perfect getaway while staying away from others.

We really loved the house and the kitchen was fantastic and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. (It would have been nice to have some windex to clean the table tops). We appreciated the boat rental information and we had a great time. The billiard table was great. Regarding the electrical usage- roll the cost into the rental rate for the average of what it costs seasonally- you should be able to get that from your bill- and apply a set overage based on KW usage (i.e. over 100 KW per day will be charged a surplus...) I understand the need to put something there- since people will run the AC with the doors open- but your limit feels unreasonable given the size of the house.

Excellent for a family vacation with an amazing infinity pool and lots and lots of space. Great kitchen for a large group and waterfront views on the 8 lakes were beautiful! Issues were taken care of quickly. Pool heater was very inconsistent, but other than that - would highly recommend!

Gorgeous pool and hot tub. Definitely the primary draw! I appreciated the quick responses to my rental and inquiries. It would be helpful to have an actual number associated with the electric meter and what is considered overage. Not being from FL or having a pool, Im not sure what usage is considered typical.

Another beautiful week at a Vesteva property. The best part was the pool, obviously. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Check in was easy as always. There were a few hiccups this time with the appliances and water heater, but the management was easy to contact and prompt to respond and repair. We will definitely use them in the future.

Thanks for the good communication despite the hiccups with the house. We are disappointed though to have spent about half our trip having to hand wash the dishes for 8 people and take cold showers. We appreciate the professionalism of your company and would like to use you again next year but would love to see some sort of compensation for the inconvenience we faced this time.

 -Rental rate includes 4 people
- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax

- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
