Sit back on one of the 4 beach chairs and soak in the evening atmosphere as the outdoor gas grill warms up. With a glass of your favorite drink, you can kick off your flip flops, go poolside and let your feet dangle in the warm water in this north exposure heated private pool or get in for an evening swim. Have kids? The baby pool fence ensures that you can forget about them getting into the pool with you noticing.

The fully furnished modern kitchen is where you whip up your preferred meals. You have full access to a blender, fine dining sets, microwave, fridge, an oven and a coffee maker. Afterwards, you can enjoy your dinner poolside on the dining table for 6 or inside with beautiful views to the lanai at the 4 seat dining table.

When it's time to wind down, you can treat yourself to a deluxe shower. Later on, catch up on the world outside with the Wi-Fi as you watch a movie on the smart TV.  Dolphin Cove has ample sleeping space for the whole family. You can retire down on either of the two king beds available and let the kids have the twin beds in the third room. Your baby gets the Pack N Play Travel Crib.

Wake up and prepare an energizing breakfast with either coffee from the coffee maker or whip up a smoothie with the blender. You never run out of things to do at Dolphin's Cove; you can go boating in the canal, take a stroll around town and explore SW Cape Coral or plant yourself on a lounge chair and enjoy a book surrounded by plenty of lighting and warm Florida sun. Either way, there's no place you'd rather be.

Lehnen Sie sich auf einem der 4 Strandkörbe zurück und genießen Sie die abendliche Atmosphäre, während sich der Gasgrill im Freien erwärmt. Mit einem Glas Ihres Lieblingsgetränks können Sie Ihre Flip-Flops ausziehen, an den Pool gehen und Ihre Füße im beheizten warmen Wasser, nach Norden ausgerichteten privaten Pool baumeln lassen oder abends schwimmen gehen. Weiteres ist der Pool mit einem Babypoolzaun bei bedarf, falls Sie Kinder haben ausgestattet.

In der komplett eingerichteten modernen Küche bereiten Sie Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zu. Sie haben vollen Zugang zu einem Mixer, feinen Essgeschirr, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine. Danach können Sie Ihr Abendessen am Pool am Esstisch für 6 Personen oder drinnen mit herrlichem Blick auf die Veranda am 4-Sitzer-Esstisch genießen.

Wenn es Zeit zum Entspannen ist, können Sie sich eine Deluxe-Dusche gönnen. Informieren Sie sich später über das WLAN über die Welt draußen, während Sie einen Film auf dem Smart-TV ansehen. Dolphin Cove bietet viel Schlafplatz für die ganze Familie. Sie können sich auf eines der beiden verfügbaren Kingsize-Betten zurückziehen und den Kindern die Einzelbetten im dritten Zimmer überlassen. Ihr Baby bekommt das Pack N Play Reisebett.

Wachen Sie auf und bereiten Sie sich ein energiereiches Frühstück mit Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine zu oder bereiten Sie mit dem Mixer einen Smoothie zu. - Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
