Great team

Great vacation house. It had all the amenities you need including an amazing pool area and beautiful furnishings within the home. The house is located in a wonderful area along the water but also close to stores. Could not of asked for a better house. Thanks!

Beautiful house, awesome location, wish we lived there!!

Everyone was nice and helpful (when we wanted to disarm the security chime announcing each door opening and closing). Was alittle surprised by the electricity charge at the end but I'm sure it was in the contract. I just have never had an additional charge at the end of a vacation stay for electric. The pool man that came on Wednesday told us how to warm the pool up. Would have been nice if it had been warm before then but we didn't ask either... just thought it was a "heated pool" and was as warm as it could be. Brrrr.

We loved the area and house. definately would love to return someday.

Eva and her team were wonderful, I can't say enough, especially after my horrible experience with another rental company, who after booking my reservation and holding my funds since September 2014 decided to tell me 2 weeks prior to my arrival that I'm double booked. Eva worked to find me space and even helped me on the day of my travels with any early arrival!

This property was beautiful, well appointed and my family loved the pool, hot tub game room, and I loved the kitchen, so well organized and fun to cook in!

The whole team was friendly and helpful. Rudy was terrific!

The house is beautiful! It is so spacious, clean and up to date. We enjoyed the pool, lanai and the docks overlooking the canal. My four teenagers were impressed!! Thank you so much!!

The property was outstanding. I almost hate to share my experience because it was just too good and it's worth to be kept a secret. It was truly the best accommodation deal in Southwest Florida - very clean property, very well stocked kitchen, piles of towels, gorgeous pool, and all of this - at a very reasonable rate.

The gentleman that came to see us the first day was very helpful. The TV had the writing on the screen that we could figure out how to get off and he fixed it and also set the pool temp a little warmer.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was great. I am not a swimmer so really like that it did not have a deep area. I have already told a friend about the place and forwarded the website.

We loved the view from the Katharina villa , the pool and the ample outdoor space. Also the lemon tree and the putting green!

I had a very positive experience with the Vesteva Group. Every query was answered immediately. Any calls for service were immediately attended to. All the information on properties for next year was provided quickly, the information and pictures were complete. This house, Breezy Palms, was a new listing and I was pleasantly surprised to find the home equipped with new dishes and cookware, ample cutlery, glasses. It was immaculately clean. Most years I have had to do some cleaning on arrival when I booked with other agencies. And best of all was the experience of the party for all the guests. We had so much fun meeting people. Our hosts, Eva and Ruedi, were so attentive and kind, the whole family treated us as old friends. It was lovely. I have booked for the next two years with this agency.

This was a last minute find for us. We lost the house we were renting and Eva was one of the many agents I called trying to find another. At first there was nothing available until Eva called and said she had a new listing, was I still looking. It turned out to be a great experience all around. We thought that perhaps the place was a little to far north but that turned out not to be the case. It was quiet, opening the front door which was screened in allowed for a beautiful cross breeze through the house all day. No need for any air conditioning, that was great. We had a very relaxing stay in 2015. Thanks to the Vesteva Group.

The Vesteva team was well informed and pleasant to work with. They were willing to do what was needed to make our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Dolphin, the house was perfect for our boating needs and within walking distance to the beach and other amenities.

We received a warm welcome from Steffen, the property manager, who assured us that he was ready to assist at a call if we needed him. And just in case you have business that you must attend to, there is free WiFi in the house and lanai.

My husband and I stayed at Eight Royals for the second time in February of 2015 and we will be back next year! Our surprise this year was the addition of bicycles. We rode to different restaurants including The Boathouse for breakfast. The large lanai by the pool was incredible. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing, healthy exercise and entertaining my six-year-old nephew! It includes a lovely dining space where we ate most of our meals. As a bonus, there's a convenient half-bath in this area. The fenced backyard was safe for our golden retriever, Zoey. While the property was pet friendly, there were no signs of previous four-legged guests had stayed there. Be sure to bring your favorite smoothie recipe, there's a starfruit tree in the backyard. The backyard also includes a boat lift and next year we are bringing our boat.

Morning dream is a wonderful place to be. Waking up and enjoying your coffee on the terrace is heaven on earth. The terrace with heated pool is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in this home with our 2 boys and they took advantage of the pool and swam like never before. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock watching and feeding the ducks and waiting for the turtles to come by. So peaceful! The home is also amazing with all the possible amenities. Having the front door and french doors open allowed for a beautiful breeze inside the home. The inside of the home is bright, airy and beautifully decorated. Lots of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Morning dream is absolutely the best and our family will for sure return.

Everyone is so friendly and very accommodating

As always we really enjoyed our stay. If any problems arose they were taken care of promptly..making it a very stress free holiday.

What a little piece of paradise! We have been to this location 4 times and it doesn't disapoint. It really is a "Morning dream", every morning we would go outside and have our coffee watching the sun rising over the lake. Very beatiful open concept home with lots of space and comes with all amenities. You can easily stay more than one familly without being crowded. The area of Cape Coral/Fort Myers has everything you might desire. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend. A 5 star plus.

Nous avons visit Morning Dream au milieu mars et quelle semaine fantastique. Il y a rien de mieux que de prendre son caf le matin, paisiblement au soleil, tout en regardant le lac et la piscine. La maison est moderne, bien divis avec amplement despace pour accueillir 1 ou 2 familles. Malgr que la maison soit spacieuse, nous avons pass la majorit du temps au soleil sur le bord de la piscine avec les enfants. Le soir on pouvait faire du BBQ et profiter de la soire, sous lnorme moustiquaire, sans se faire dranger par les moustiques. Pour les amateurs de poissons et fruits de mer, je vous recommande Merricks Seafood pour vos soupers sur le BBQ. Ils ont une trs belle slection. Il y aussi tout pleins de restaurants pas trop loin si vous voulez prendre une pause de cuisine. En terme dactivits; il y a des parcs pas trop loin, plusieurs terrains de golf, mini-putt, vous pouvez aussi aller voir les RedSox de Boston durant leur camp dentrainement printanier

We thoroughly enjoyed our respite from the New England winter in The Edison. Its proximity to the Country Club was one of the reasons for our choosing this property. The neighborhood was lovely for walking and the neighbors were friendly. The pool was very nice and it was nice to have it cleaned weekly, as the pool cage roof had collected a lot of leaves and dirt that should be cleaned, if possible, especially in the corners near the attachment to the house. Otherwise, it was well-provisioned and generous in supplies in the kitchen and with linens. It was very helpful to find a dog crate which we used in addition to our own to let our pups be near us when we used the pool. We have nothing but nice things to say, and we have booked it again for next winter.

The property was well appointed, nothing extra was needed to prepare meals.

The team was great. Responsive and appreciative.

Perhaps revisit the welcome guide - a few things were not clear regarding how to use the pool/whirlpool. The WiFi password was different from that indicated in the documents. But a phone call to the team resolved those issues. Otherwise, great property. Nice pool and great view. Very quiet and peaceful.
