Description
This lovely vacation home is located in a quiet serene neighborhood. It has south eastern western exposure, intersecting canal views and Gulf access. We are sure that the intersection canal views from almost every room in the house will take your breath away.
The home has a split floor plan, is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities needed to make your vacation in Cape Coral unforgettable.
The 3 bedrooms feature two king size beds and two twin size beds. The living room has high ceilings and lots of natural light which flood the home throughout the day. The home accommodates 6 people and the oversized lanai offers plenty of lounge area. The swimming pool is electrically heated and therefore makes it possible to be used year round.
Peaceful View liegt an einer wunderschoenen Kanalkreuzung im SW von Cape Coral. Sobald man den Wohnraum durch die Haustuere betritt, hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den elektrisch beheizten Swimmingpool, den Bootsanleger und die in der Sonne schimmernde Kanalkreuzung.
Das Haus ist auf einem Eckgrundstück erbaut und bietet daher jedemenge Privatsphaere auf der kompletten Terrasse. Der Wohnbereich ist mit schoenen Moebeln bestueckt und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Die typisch amerikanische Kueche mit Bar Theke und anschliessendem Esszimmer bildet den Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Ledercouch und großem Fernseher ausgestattet. Die drei Schlafzimmer verfuegen ueber 2 King size Betten und 2 Twin size Betten. Von dem Gaestebad kommt man direkt auf die Terrasse, sprich zum Swimmingpool. Der wunderschoene Wasserblick kann aus fast jedem Zimmer in diesem Haus genossen werden.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)

- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc. pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
