We really enjoyed LaCarina this year, great home!! This was our second year renting with Vesteva and we are looking forward to many more. It's always a concern when renting a home sight unseen and we've heard lots of horror stories from friends that have rented elsewhere. The homes we have rented were as pictured and described in your website.... No surprises. We will definitely recommend Vesteva to all our friends.

We love coming to Cape coral & have found a great rental home thru Vesteva. Villa Sunset is located in SW Cape,close to Publix,the gas station, many restaurants, & beautiful Cape Harbour. The home has a western exposure & sits on a nice canal with a boat dock. The pool/screened lanai area includes a patio table large enough to sit 6, 4 chaise lounges & weber gas grill. Inside the sliding doors the home has a open floor plan with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. You have access to the pool from both the master bedroom & guest bath. The owners have it very tastefullly decorated. The kitchen worked great for me with the stainless appliances & granite countertop, plus it was very well equipped. We will look forward to returning to this home.

Wonderful outdoor space! Beautiful landscaping provided plenty of privacy, the sunbathing shelf in pool was fabulous for my young children to splash and play around on, and there was lots of space around the pool for grilling, dining and sunbathing with a book. The three sets of sliding doors and kitchen/pool pass thru allowed you to bring the outdoors in, if you so desired. Inside of home was clean and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with basic spices, oils and vinegars which was nice. Bedrooms had comfy beds with spacious walk in closets. Lots of handy extras provided such as pool toys, a cooler and a beach umbrella and chairs. Home is located in quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to groceries, liquor store and library. Would stay again and highly recommend to all!

The Vetters were fantastic. It is clear how much they care and how hard they work. Impressive people.

Our only struggles were with figuring out the lights and our deep concern with the pool cleaner suction tube that didn't have a cap on it. That was extremely dangerous and a child or even an adult could have been seriously harmed if they got too close to the suction valve. That must get a cap put on it before someone gets injured. Other than that we loved the house, the amenities, the layout of it, and the fact that it was dog friendly. It was setup very well for a family. Also, it was absolutely spotless when we arrived - so welcoming.

We enjoyed a wonderful week of quiet and relaxation. It was a nice break from the cold and snow where we live. The home was exquisite. The decorator sure has good tastes. The pool was enjoyed every day. The landscaping compliments the property. It was a wonderful vacation.

This home was beautiful and spotless. We loved the open, airy feel of it. Appliances were high end (i.e. washer and dryer). Kitchen was gourmet and had everything we needed. Pool was warm and clean. we loved sitting on the comfortable patio furniture. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Ours was a terrific experience with everyone we dealt with. The team is professional, friendly, accommodating and fun to talk with. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Vesteva.

The property was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and extremely well-provisioned. I generally bring a "renters box" of essentials we may need, but I didn't need anything other than what was generously provided. We always bring a crate for our two small dogs, and it was terrific to find an additional crate available to set up in the pool area so that our dogs could be included when we were swimming or dining in the lanai. My husband loved the proximity to the golf course, and we very much enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We liked the property and our experience with Vesteva so much, we are returning next winter.

STEFFEN WAS WONDERFUL.

THE CLEANLINESS WAS UNBEATABLE, THE DECOR WAS HOMEY YET LUXURIOUS. THE GOURMET KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO PREPARE A WONDERFUL MEAL EXCEPT THE FOOD! WE ENJOYED SITTING ON THE BEAUTIFUL LENAII WATCHING THE MULLET JUMP IN THE CANAL. THE FURNITURE OUT THERE WAS BOTH COMFORTABLE AND BEAUTIFUL. IF YOU ENJOY NICE LINENS, YOU WILL JUST LOVE WHAT "AQUALINDA" HAS TO OFFER.

Very efficient and responsive. We had a couple issues which were handled immediately and to our complete satisfaction.

Property was great and a good value for us. Only thing I would recommend is to have a fire extinguisher available.

Beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. We love to cook as a family and the kitchen is set up perfectly for this - all the necessary equipment and more. We had a great time in the evenings with the pool table and wonderful days around the swimming pool. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful vacation in this home. It is very comfortable with all the amenities. Loved the patio and pool area. It is a great place for morning coffee and evening relaxing after visiting the nearby shopping and beaches. Will be coming back.

Steffen was great, checked us in, answered our questions and explained the pool/spa controls. There was a small issue with a new sink fixture and he sent someone right out to fix it. Checked us out at the end of our trip, very friendly.

We really enjoyed the pool and spa. We brought our 5 month old infant and the Lanai was perfect for keeping him in the shade while we swam. Everything is close by and the house is beautiful. Plenty of cooking gear and a very nice kitchen.
