Very nice people

We had a great time. Loved the house and pool

From start to finish your team have been a delight to deal with. This was my first time booking an independent holiday using a company abroad and I was a little apprehensive but the entire experience has been faultless. Thanks to your team for being efficient,friendly and helpful through the whole process. Looking forward to my next visit.

The property was all we were expecting and more. I have stayed in many Florida villas but the location and amenities of this one were superb with one exception,the laundry facilities were below par, but that's a minor inconvenience. I would gladly stay in this property again.

No problems at all,Gary the maintainence man was great.

As last year we had a great vacation,hope to be back soon.

Das Haus ist sehr schn und hat unsere Erwartungen absolut erfllt. Die Ausrichtung nach Westen mit Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend ist perfekt. Die Sauberkeit war gut und die Duschtcher und Badetcher in gengender Anzahl vorhanden. Vielen Dank auch, dass wir die Fahrrder benutzen durften. Um mit dem Boot Richtung Sanibel Island/Captiva muss gengend Zeit eingerechnet werden. Die Fahrt aus den Kanlen und aus dem River dauert gerne 90 Minuten. Wir wrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a small problem with the garage door. After a single call, the problem was immediately rectified.

Everything dealt with very promptly

Very pleased with the property and we would consider renting again. There was only two of us and I think though that the pool area would be a bit crowded if 8 people rented! most houses (we have visited every year for 18 years) have a smaller internal space and a larger pool area. As I mentioned on the phone and to Stefan, the colour on the tv was poor, despite my attempts at adjustment.

Very relaxing and restorative!

Very plesant experience working with the staff of Vesteva. Steffen was very pleasant and knowlegable about the area and was very focused on insuring that all our need and expations were met. Eva was acceptional when making our reservation and explained the whole process very throughly/.

The property fit our needs exceptionally well. The furnishings looked as though it was recently remodeled. New tile floors throughout, nice quality leather furniture and recently remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen with new granite countertops was well stocked with all the equipment that was needed to prepare any meals that we desired. The real bonus with this home was the outside living space. It was exceptionally big and the pool & hot tub was a real treat. The pool area was west facing and the the sunsets were breath taking. Although landscaping was lacking while we were staying at the home a landscaping contractor showed up at the house and was in the process of designing a landscaping package that the home owner authorized. We look forward to returning here next year and seeing the results of these efforts. Most canal homes face upposing homes directly across the canal from them approximately 80 to 100ft, this home was looking down a canal that ended 400ft plus from the home that made it appear to be a lake with jumping fish and an abundance birds and wildlife. The neighbors in the area were also very friendly.

Our 30th year visiting SW Florida. What a wonderful time we had at Alcedonia. You have a lovely place close to everything great about Cape Coral. Hope you like the bike we left you...it was cheaper to buy than rent, so we left it. See you next year

Excellent....work with Vanessa in booking and then believe it was Nina?Who came to the house. Both very professional.

House was very comfortable, it was clean and felt just like home away from home. Kitchen was stocked with all the right dishes, serving, and cooking items. Pool was very relaxing, great way to cool off!

Someone from the Property management company greeted us and answered all of our questions right away and we have to say, the house was immaculate.

We recently stayed (end of March) and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our accommodations and trip was. We have Two daughters ages 7 & 10 and we had a blast. The home was perfect for the four of us. The house had everything from in room laundry right down to pool toys for the kids. It was fabulous. Our favorite hangout was definitely the pool area. Great large screened in area with a grill. We were able to eat all of our meals pool side and enjoy playing basketball in the pool with the girls. The nonskid surface for the pool area and bathroom was a huge plus as well. Being so close to the Cape Coral Beach we were able to run to the beach often, even if it was just for an hour! The location was a big bonus as well. We were so close to grocery store, restaurants and drug/convenient stores. Plus the neighborhood is very quiet and in a great area, we felt very safe and comfortable. My girls are still talking about the gecko room that they stayed in and tell everyone about how much fun we all had and how much they miss it as they felt like it was their home. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to cook with from utensils to the pots and pans. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing home for all that it offered.

The property has a very nice and open floor plan. It feels very private since the lot on the side as well as across the canal are vacant and wooded. We loved that the home has a pool table and ping pong table. We felt the home was even better in person than in the pictures.
