I have stayed at La Carina several times and it is always my first choice when I return to Florida. The property is spacious and well-appointed. Lovely pool. Good beds make for a good nights sleep. Its easy to make your own meals if youd like including a bbq and a grocery store/ liquor store almost within walking distance. But theres also some wonderful places to eat in the area. Yacht Club (with sandy beach)is nearby and if youre really lucky, you just might get to watch the dolphins playing out and around the dock!

The staff at Vesteva was great, everything from making reservations to check out was handled professionally. I will definately use them again.

The house is brand new, the floor plan is open and the living space is large. The pool area is great, it has an outdoor kitchen and a large lani. The pool is salt water and it has a shelf that is about 6" deep with three fountains. It's great for relaxing in the evening. All the furnishings are new, the master bed room has a reclining king size bed. The location is perfect, only a few blocks from Cape Harbour, The Lobster Lady resturant and Publex. We look forward to our next stay.

Weve had a great time during our four weeks stay in Cape Coral. We found some issues with the house wed rented but the Vesteva Team were very helpful and service minded and took care of all matters very quickly. We can highly recommend Vesteva

Every team member that I had contact with was more than helpful. I was contacted about a mistake I had made when completing my reservation and was told that a correction had been made and that it was in my favor money wise. That was such a nice way to start my vacation.

The property my family stayed in was exactly as pictured. The furnishings where nice, neat, and clean. The towels, and linens where all clean and appeared to be new. The house had enough basic starter things such as trash bags, dishwasher tablets and things such as that, you didn't have to run to the store right away except to buy food. The pool area was nice and neat, and well maintained with plenty of furniture for everyone to spread out and relax. Everything about our experience with Vesteva and with the Luke property was more than enjoyable. I have already recommended a friend. Very impressed with everything.

All the amenities are top notch. So much so I plan to purchase the family room chair recliner set for my home. I didn't plan to purchase new furniture, but the home made me fall in love.

Wir hatten eine, zwar kurze aber dennoch sehr schne Zeit in diesem geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestatteten Haus. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhltnis stimmt hier absolut und wir werden es sehr gerne unter unseren Freunden in Deutschland weiter empfehlen!

Stephan, Vanessa were great! Stephan made a visit to the house the day after check-in to make sure we found everything ok and if we needed anything. Nice, friendly guy!

We stayed at The Edison for 7 days/6 nights over the 4th of July week. It was an amazing vacation! The house is beautiful! Extremely clean. Everything in perfect shape. Just an over all beautiful home! Confortable! Very well thought out home for vacationers. It has everything you need. Seems like everything was top of the line from bedding, towels, appliances, furnishings inside and out. The location is fantastic! We went to Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, And Bowmans Beach. Each taking approx. 15-20 to get to. Captiva was about 30 minutes. Every one of the beaches was worth the experience. Also went Downtown to see the fireworks which was maybe a 10 minute drive. Country Club is walking distance. I will definitely be back! I plan on making it a yearly beach trip. Thanks for making it such a great vacation for us!

They were always helpful and accommodating. We called with several questions prior to the trip and they always responded quickly.

We love the house. Great view/privacy. Would rent it again except for this issue. Very disappointed because the house was advertised as a "no pets allowed" which was what we wanted because my husband is very allergic to animals. Once we got there my husband started experiencing asthma. We found out the previous renters had a dog that the property management team did not know about. Mid week we had to go to a hotel for a night so that my husband could get some relief. the other times he had to spend outdoors. So I would advise the property management team to make sure their renters abide by the rules because it can be serious.

The property was immaculate and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and we had a lovely time. Would recommend Vesteva and the properties they represent very highly.
