Vesteva visited us on the day after arrival and gave some very helpful information.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the property in Cape Haven. The property was well presented and had good facilities in a quiet neighborhood - it had all the equipment and utensils we needed including a picnic cool box for use and chairs. We enjoyed a week of gracious living there! There is a good Walmart nearby. The pool was great and it was cleaned whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the property to someone thinking of staying in the area. The pool was lovely and the range of equipment was extensive - the location was also nice and quiet.

I have met and had dealings with each of you and you are all very accommodating. We have been using Vesteva for a number of years and you have always made our winters in Cape Coral a delight.

We have loved our stay in La Florida. The layout is perfect for us and the Lanai and pool are wonderful. We look forward to our stay next year.

The photos do not do justice to the greatness of this home. The place is fabulous! It is extremely well appointed with very high-end furniture and fixtures. We loved the location away from all the chaos at the north end of the island during spring break. Walking the beach each day (right across the road) and lazy afternoons by the pool was the best. A glass of wine on the 3rd floor deck while watching the sunset and listening to music was a perfect way to end each day. The elevator was enormously helpful as Grandpa could not take the stairs. We were especially impressed by the technology in the house. We are already looking at the calendar for another stay next year!

The property was immaculate. We have rented in the past and this has not always been the case. This is a great family home. It is set in a more rural setting but is close to beaches and many interesting things to see.

Because of a previous bad experience with a vacation place we booked on-line, we were apprehensive about trusting a rental agency that we found during an internet search. We are not frequent internet users. Thankfully we found Vesteva Vacation Rentals. What a wonderful house to stay in for vacation! The layout is perfect and we were extremely comfortable here. The pool was beautiful although it was a bit of a hassle to place solar covers on each evening. It was necessary to use them, tho, or the pool water temp lost 10 degrees overnight. Comfortable beds & very nice lanai area. Plenty of room & a very easy kitchen to work in. Landscaping is beautiful. Nice experience all the way around.

Lockbox instructions-make a little more clear, 5 of us took 20 minutes trying to find the lockbox and get in the house. Mark the sunken dining room with tape, one in our party fell but luckily wasn't hurt, that can be a major liability! Instructions for operating TVs and stereo. Not all remotes are the same, would be helpful for more instructions, here again it took 5 adults an hour to figure out the system. Also we couldn't figure out how to get music to the speakers by the pool. It would have been nice to have used that during our stay. Please indicate that hair dryers were provided. We didn't see it listed & brought ours but then there were 4 there.

Great team, great location, great home, fantastic vacation

You guys saved us... our rented house fell through, and we were left with no lodging and 2 1/2 months to go before our trip. There was NOTHING available anywhere, but Vesteva happened to have La Carina available to rent for our week. The property exceeded our expectations, and was less expensive than what we had originally booked. Win-win! Thank you!
