We loved it so much, we want to keep it our little secret for fear of it booking all up! We are sad it see the Palm residence is already booked all next winter... Gorgeous home, excellent pool, patio, patio furniture and hot tub and perfect location to walk to the Cape Coral beach or close drive to Cape Coral shops, they were right when they said just bring your clothes...this rental had everything we needed! Thank you for the fantastic holiday! We will be back Vesteva!

Vanessa was very accommodating. We were more than a little shocked when we learned, the day of arrival, that the property that we booked last June was suddenly unavailable. Vanessa supplied a logical explanation as to why. More importantly, she handled our irritation well, and did her best to find a new property for us. While the new property's location was not what we were seeking, under the circumstances we were very satisfied. In addition, Vanessa provided a small discount on the replacement property. Overall, we were very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

The property itself was very impressive. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The furniture was virtually brand new and there was ample bedding and towels. The only suggestion I would have regarding the rental process is to provide a more realistic disclosure of the upcharge on electric usage. It would be helpful for the staff to explain that running the HVAC and/or the pool heater will result in an additional $50-100 per week in cost. I think such a disclosure is preferable to being surprised by such an additional cost during check-out.

The property was everything we could have imagined!! The house was beautiful, just like the pictures showed!! We had everything that we could possibly need!! The area was very quiet, and the neighbors were outstanding!! The house was very clean, and the pool was wonderful!! The dock by the canal, was our favorite place to sunbathe!! We look forward to next year, and booking with you again!! Thank you for a wonderful month's holiday!! It was the best!!!!

We rented 4 houses for a family reunion of 24 people, the support from Vesteva to find the houses and handle the logistics was fantastic. We even changed the arrival date two times and they were very flexible and straightforward. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the electric bill. I know you take us through the meter and can I understand that if we overspend what would be a normal consumption for our stay you would ask for the extra charge, but based on the amounts you charged us at the end, I have to assume the electric bill was entirely on top of the rent and I don't find this right because it was not a low cost rental and I would expect a minimum electric consumption to be part of the rental.

The houses are excellent, very well equipped and maintained, decorated with simple but very nice touch.

We arrived on Christmas Eve in order to spend Christmas Day with our extended family that live in the area. None of them has a home that could accommodate all of us which is why we rented the house. My brother had picked up food for us and I arranged for him to deliver them to the house. After checking with your company, I was given permission to have him get into the house and put away food. When we arrived later that night, we were very pleasantly greeted by a lovely, clean, well laid-out property with the addition of a lovely screened lanai and pool. It was an idyllic visit and I am so grateful as my aunt is 89 years old and my uncle is 81 and we don't know how many more holidays we'll be able to be together. Thank you so much for making this a visit to remember in a beautiful property!

Working with everyone on the team was a real pleasure. They were very accommodating, looked after all our needs. They were on time for greeting and closing of our stay. They ensured the house was clean upon our arrival. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had.

The stay met all our expectations. House was very clean, had everything we needed. Was close to everything we wanted and needed, shopping, golf, tennis and bike trails. We would highly recommend Vesteva rentals to anyone. We will be back in the future.

Lovely weather with wall to wall blue skies most of the time. Relaxing villa facing the right way to fully enjoy the weather.Villa has always been improved overtime that we visit.

Coconut is one of our favorites ! A silent location with direct access to the canal. You reach everything you may need within a few minutes. Elegant facility with a pretty garden. Pleasant caretaker and owner who is doing everything to keep the house in a good condition. In the meantime we have been there twice but not the last time. We felt everytime home.

Vesteva staff is friendly, organized and efficient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!
