The pictures do not give this home any justice. The location and home were amazing. From the point we initially booked any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion. This was our 1st experience with Airbnb. We highly recommend this home! Thanks again!

Ellen's home is wonderful - very comfortable, well-kept, clean and well-equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is on a smaller lot but only has a neighbor on one side, and the lot is surrounded by tall palm plants that fully enclose the property offering complete privacy. We also appreciated the open layout of the home, large bedrooms and baths, cleanliness, tile floors throughout, and the large pool and hot tub. Everything worked perfectly and was easy to use. The home's manual was clear and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We cooked at the house a lot during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed and the large Weber BBQ was great. The location/access to all that southwest FL has to offer is excellent - we were able to visit Sanibel and Everglades within reasonably short drives. I'd highly recommend this home for a comfortable and relaxing trip to SW FL.

Your home is lovely, comfortable, very well-kept, clean and very well-equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the layout, cleanliness, tile floors, privacy of the space and the pool and hot tub. Our boys loved the pool and the reclining couch! One small thing I'd suggest is to leave your guests enough toilet paper for their stay. It's a small thing but it felt a bit cheap to us (relative to what we paid) that we had one roll in each bath for a week's time and had to buy a whole pack that we left rolls from. FYI - we had two cockroaches inside during our stay. I grew up in the south so I expect this to some extent and didn't find it unusual or excessive. But just wanted to let you know. The window screen in the room near the laundry is not properly sealed and was letting small frogs in. The outdoor light on the garage didn't work so the home was very dark whenever we arrived at night. And the dishwasher was not cleaning well - we'd pull plates out that didn't look like they'd been cleaned at all and had to be done by hand.

The property was so lovely. Nicely decorated, inviting, and homey. Large kitchen to cook in. The master bedroom is delightful! Definitely experienced rest and relaxation. Our favorite was the patio and pool. Heated pool, quaint, and quiet area. Had breakfast out there most mornings, lovely lounge chairs, and our own little tropical escape. Quiet neighborhood but restaurants and groceries nearby. Nice running and biking paths close too. A couple little parks not too far away as well. Beach and other activities only a short drive away. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

The house we stayed at in Cape Coral was so sweet! Lovely three bedroom house with a large kitchen. We were able to use the garage which was convenient for our rental car. The backyard pool was perfect. We had breakfast out there and lounged in the chairs in the afternoon. Two of the bedrooms had king size beds, and all the furniture was very comfortable. We definitely received some needed rest and relaxation. Decorated cute! Tv had access to prime, Netflix, and Hulu! Places to eat not too far away as well. Quiet location and very homey! We felt totally at peace!

Spent 2 weeks at the Pineapple Palace and couldnt have enjoyed it any more! Beautiful home! Awesome pool, outside area, tiki hut and canal! Inside was just as perfect with a great layout and lots of space. Great location too. Only wish I could buy this place because it checks all the boxes. We highly recommend!

Team members were always responsive. I was able to transfer from one property to another, seamlessly, and we were able to coordinate the delivery of an owners vehicle without any issues to my schedule.

Thank you again to the Vesteva team. We had a positive experience at both locations. There was some "deferred" maintenance at both locations... but that is to be expected at the price point at which we were renting. The places were both nice and definitely met our needs. We enjoyed our stay. As our stay was pandemic related and only available to us due to the entire family remote working and remote learning, we may not have the opportunity to do this again. So, we really tried to enjoy the moments as a family.

OMG! Where do we begin. From the moment we walked through the front door the property exceeded our expectations. The whole back wall of the property had sliding windows which gave the most gorgeous view of the lanai, pool and canal. Breathtaking! They could be opened for a total open air feel. This property was beautifully furnished inside and out. The lanai furnishngs were tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was centrally located in the home with plenty of counter space and snack bar seating. Everything was there to prepare a gourmet meal and set a beautiful table with plenty of mats. Two different sets of dishes were included. The pantry was stocked with a blender, hand mixer, several coffee pots including a K-cup coffee maker, plenty of games for family fun. And the master bath, incredible! A beautiful layout. It was nice have 2 guest bedrooms separated from the master as well. Tommy Bahama style bedroom furniture seemed to be high-end quality as well as the mattress. The whole house flowed with continuity of a color scheme and was very tastefully done. We spent many evenings on the new Tiki Hut dock on the water. enjoying cocktails. And my husband made use of the fishing poles. We did not make use of the kayaks or bikes but they were available and of very good quality. If you like to head to the beach, the garage was stocked with beach chairs and coolers. There was not one thing we needed during this stay that was not provided. Kudos to Vesteva. Stephen was amazing checking in with us the day after we arrived to answer and address any of our questions. And upon check out, immediately addressed a few things we brought up. With the current COVID situation, we felt confident that this property was immaculately cleaned and sanitized. A very important thing to travelers these days. I would definitely search for a Vesteva property first when planning our next vacation stay. Very professional! This property was within minutes of Rum Runners, Fathom, Lobster Lady and other fun dinner options. Publix was within minutes also. If you are a golfer, we enjoyed Palmetto-Pines which was about 10 minutes away and reasonably priced We were told that this course had been updated recently and we really playing it. I would absolutely book with Vesteva again. We loved it so much we booked the beautiful property an extra day. The home was immaculate and stocked full of everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal, set a beautiful table, take a trip to the beach with chairs and coolers. The whole back of the house had windows which could be opened for a total open air feel. Beautiful lanai with lovely furniture and plenty of it. The property exceeded our expectations. As the property's lanai faced east, lovely sunrises could be viewed. As we didn't use the kayaks or bikes they were available to us. The boat dock and newly added Tiki Hut was a go to spot to enjoy the canal and fish. Fishing poles we their as well. Stephan was amazing to work with and immediately answered our questions and took care of any and all details that needed to addressed immediately. Vesteva properties will be my first go when searching for a vacation rental. With the Covid situation, I felt confident this property was clean and sanitized. We loved this trip! Diane and Jim

We had a great stay and loved the heated pool. It was great having TVs in every bedroom and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect spot for a private get away with great views and amenities. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as it should have been. Great response times from the host and quick turnaround! We are already planning another visit

The property was wonderful! Everything we needed was there for us...plus some. The pots and pans weren't the best but they were fine for your average stay. With covid we did a lot more cooking at the house than going out so otherwise they would have been adequate. The house is very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Wonderful stay!

The home was perfect! Clean and well designed. We loved opening the doors to the outdoor table, pool, outdooor TV and hot tub. It was so relaxing we didn't want to leave!

We had a great trip! Loved the house. It was well equipped, well designed and very relaxing. However, my husband left some clothes in the master dresser. Would you be willing to mail us the items? This property was even better than the pictures show! Sparkling clean, large open concept house with multiple areas to sit around and relax. Loved the outdoor patio with the pool, hot tub, and sitting area with the TV. I would highly recommend the property to others, and will likely stay here again

We stayed in this great rental after relocating to the area as we searched for a home to purchase in the area. Its quiet, spacious, bright and had al the amenities my family and I needed during our stay. The management company was wonderful. Very responsive to ie needs and made many upgrades while we lived there.. replaced a sofa, bar stools, bbq, etc. They take great prices in their property. We also asked to extend a couple of times and they were quick to accommodate our requests which we greatly appreciated!

This is the first time that we've actually had to work with the company because we actually had problems with our visit...from check mistakes we made to a TV falling to the floor and this team was very pleasant and efficient to work with....I would definitely give them an A+.

The house was one of the cleanest houses of all that we have stayed in and your group was so efficient getting any problems resolved...you might check the light in the hot tub...pool guy said it was burned out...everything else was fantastic!
