Vanessa is genuine, very accommodating to requests, understands our needs and made great suggestions to meet our needs, responsive, and professional.

Our 2nd stay in a Vesteva property within 9 months. Were from Ohio and drove 17 hours (each way) because of the great experience weve had. Ease of booking with Vesteva website, quick responses from Vesteva, very accommodating to requests, and I feel Vanessa genuinely cares about our comfort and experience while staying in one of her properties. We were able to check in (early) and check out with no contact and no issues. The house was exactly as described on the website, and we enjoyed it so much that we requested to stay an additional day (if it was not already booked). Vanessa responded quickly with approval to our request. The house was clean, fully stocked with linens, towels, appliances, kitchen necessities, the pool and lanai were also very clean and where most of our time was spent. The house was also conveniently located near tons of shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Ft. Myers.

Stephan was quick to reply to questions. The gentleman who stopped by as we were leaving was very friendly and nice.

Our stay was pleasant. Kitchen pans could be upgraded. tv in living room isn't a smart tv and audio equipment was outdated. pool area had a lot of weeds growing up between pavers and just kind of made it look unkept. Beds were comfortable. House was very nice and we'd stay again if going to the Ft. Myers area.

The staff at Vesteva are great! Everyone is friendly and professional. We had an issue with the spa and Steffan was always available and responsive.

Bellissimo is a beautiful rental with plenty of amenities; the pictures on the website dont do it justice. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing time. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. It was everything as it was described. Clean, spacious and beautiful.

Steffen was very helpful in giving me instructions on how to reset the pool and spa system.

Voiced my concerns with staff and he offered some suggestions on how to fix it.

House was great, bbq grill needs attention as the flames were low to non- working.

Awesome place to relax with your Grandkids and family.

We enjoyed our time at your home. It is beautiful and has everything we needed. Fishing was pretty good to!

Eva, Steffen and Vanessa were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We even decided to move to another Vesteva property when our time was up because of our wonderful experience. (The Bermuda was no longer available or we would have stayed there.)

We loved the Bermuda home! It was modern and clean. We used the pool and jacuzzi daily and even fished in the canal. Cooking and grilling was easy as well.

The house was very beautiful and had lots of amenities for our family vacation. The outdoor area was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home.

The Vesteva Team was great to work with. Very flexible and understanding when our vacation dates had to shift based on the pandemic outbreak. The team was super responsive to our questions once we arrived at the property as well.

Casa Corazon was everything we needed for a great week of vacation. The pool was great and the temperature was perfect to allow for hours and hours of swimming. The furniture was comfortable and overall the property was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We will certainly consider staying in a Vesteva property the next time we visit SW Florida.
