Built by Florida lovers who fully appreciate their surroundings, this home features beautiful canal views from the living areas, as well as the master bedroom. Cathedral ceilings with an open kitchen and living room.
The office is located on the left side when entering the home, three guest bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the right side of the home while the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the left side of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped and very generous in size, the work space is extended by an island and a beautiful breakfast bar. The pool area features a large covered sitting area, paver pool deck, as well as an electrically heated swimming pool and spa.

Das groesste Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses, waehrend die drei Gaestezimmer sowie ein weiteres Bad auf der rechten Seite des Hauses zu finden sind. Verbunden sind beide Seiten durch eine voll ausgestattete Kueche sowie einem grossen Wohnzimmer. Der Swimmingpool und Jacuzzi sind elektrisch beheizt und der ueberdachte Terrassenbereich bietet genuegend Platz zum entspannen. Der Pool ist Richtung Sueden ausgerichtet fuer ausreichend Sonne, sogar in den Wintermonaten!

This was an amazing house, just as pictured. The house and pool were both very clean and well maintained. The beds were soft and the living room was a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. The beach is about 30-45 minutes away depending on traffic, but it was worth it to have a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

Appreciated the delivery of a mixer and muffin tins. (FYI could use a nicer, bigger cookie sheet).

Our family, along with our two furry pals, were able to spread out. We stayed in mostly due to Covid. I enjoyed cooking and baking in the large kitchen! Loved the ceiling fans and tvs galore!
Our daughter enjoyed Zoom teaching from the nice office, while our son could do law school virtually from bedroom or lanai. I enjoyed caring for the home and even picking up the large palm branches was fun! Bikes nice bonus as well.

Eva, Steffen and Vanessa were all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We even decided to move to another Vesteva property when our time was up because of our wonderful experience. (The Bermuda was no longer available or we would have stayed there.)

We loved the Bermuda home! It was modern and clean. We used the pool and jacuzzi daily and even fished in the canal. Cooking and grilling was easy as well.

This house is perfect! Giant cathedral ceilings on a open split floor plan. The pool is amazing and the heater and hot tub are very efficient allowing you to only heat the hot tub when you would like to use it. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Several nice touches with fishing pools and bikes. Very large amount both bath and pool towels. Would definitely book again for another 10 day trip.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 300.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc. pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
