This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house (one of the bathrooms serves also as a pool bath) and three-car garage is a great seasonal vacation rental. (one side is taken from Owners car).
Immediately when entering the large front door one is impressed by the openness of this property. The large airy floor plan, direct view out to the swimming pool and canal, the vaulted ceilings with custom designs, and much more!
The house features a split floor plan with the master bedroom being on the right-hand side with the twin bedroom by the front, and the additional guest bedrooms with their own bath being on the left side of the house. The open kitchen serves enough room to comfortably feed the entire family.
All necessary kitchen appliances and cookware are available. 
The swimming pool with attached spa is electrically heated and can be used year round. For the ones that like to fish and relax by the water, a boat dock and tiki hut are available at the back of the property.

Umgeben von neu errichteten Hauesern bietet dieses 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Baeder Ferienhaus mit drei Garagen genuegend Platz fuer 8 Gaeste. Das Haus hat sehr hohe Decken, viel natuerliches Licht, eine offene Kueche welche mit allen notwendigen Kuechengeraeten ausgestattet ist. Die Decke im den Wohn sowie Esszimmer ist mit Geschmackvoller decor dekoriert.
Die beiden Gaesteschlafzimmer teilen sich ein Bad welches auch als Poolbad genutzt werden kann. Das Elternschlafzimmer und das Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten  befindet sich auf der rechten Seite. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und begehbarer Dusche.
Der Terrassenbereich bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Der Swimmingpool sowie Whirlpool ist elektrisch beheizt und ermoeglicht es dass man das ganze Jahr ueber schwimmen gehen kann. Ein Tiki Hut sowie Dock stehen fuer Sie ebenfalls zur Verfuegung.
Sofern lange Weile aufkommt kann man direkt vom hauseigenen Dock aus fischen, perfekt fuer den Hobbyangler!

5 Stars all the way. This property was gorgeous. Although both my partner and I have older children we choose a couples getaway. The house 3.5 bedrooms, two full baths, separate dinning space. We will definitely return with our family. The pool area was amazing and the excellent landscaping gave additional privacy. The dock was beautiful and we saw a manatee while on the the dock. I have stayed at another rental in the area and the experience was night and day. My previous stay was not great so to go from 5 to a 10 was amazing. The only thing I would change is the length of my stay. Hats off to the property Owners.

The house and property where in a word, AMAZING. I have stayed at other properties in Cape Coral and the experience from my last stay was night and day. The house is large open spaced, family and pet friendly. The landscaping creates natural privacy while outdoors in the pool and hot tub. LOVE this property.

As mentioned we had an issue with the washing machine. My husband called in to report it. Your staff was very friendly, worked quick to get a repair company to the house and communicated with my husband every step of the way. We were thrilled we didnt have to sit around for him to show up and were able to have an uninterrupted vacation.

- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
