Wish we could've stayed longer. Luftopia provided everything we needed to enjoy a home away from home. Very comfortable. Lovely neighborhood. Great open concept with the living room & the patio. Pool was warm! Enjoyed the cruisers to explore the area at Cape Harbour. We'll be back soon.

We dealt with Eva who was very friendly and efficient. We had several maintenance issues and Steffen dealt with them immediately. For example, the microwave stopped working and we had a new one installed, two days later!!!!

We had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed the heated pool.

All interactions with the Vesteva team were superb. In particular, Justin was very courteous and helpful during his orientation visit.

This was our first experience with vacation house rental in Florida. We were very satisfied with this centrally located, beautifully maintained and well equipped house. Working with the team at Vesteva was positive from start to finish.

Luftopia was a very tranquil vacation. The lanai with a heated pool & open concept living space provided a great place to kick back & relax. Wonderful rental for a couple or family. Wish we could have stayed forever! Looking forward to our next visit.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The property is wonderful. We loved that it is very private and very quiet. We saw more wildlife right outside the lanai (ospreys, eagles, herons, ibises, dolphins) than we did at Ding Darling. This was a wonderful vacation rental and the weather was just about perfect the entire time.

Every correspondence that was made with the members of the team of to the upmost professionalism and friendliness. They were very accommodating and ensure we had everything that we needed. A+!

I can't say how wonderful it was after a 20 hour trip to walk in the front door of this home. It was impeccable and having a little crawling one; the cleanliness was spectacular. I absolutely appreciated the pool gate as I have children and needed that for their safety. The location to cape harbour, Cape Coral yacht club is phenomenal and even the ease to get to fort Meyers beach. The open floor plan was so incredibly functional and worked amazing for our family. We loved it so much, we are looking to book again this summer.

Perfect. The house exceeded our expectations. The pool and hot tub were chilly the second week, but the pool employee changed the filter and then it was warm.

Every step of the process was easy and friendly.

The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. I loved the decor of the house and the beds were comfy. Very well stocked kitchen and plenty of plastic for use around the pool. I think the home was better in person then even he pics online.

Ein tolles lteres Haus alles enthalten was man braucht. Wir kamen Abends an und fanden nicht gleich den richtigen Eingang, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf war alles klar. Vanessa von Vesteva Vacation war toll, immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Pool ist beheizt und ein Genuss, die Betten sind riesig und die Matratzen sind genau richtig. Alles in allem war es ein super erholsamer Urlaub fr uns alle, die Sonne, die Strnde, alles was wir erlebt haben - ein Traum. Die Location ist absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen lieben Dank fr alles bis bald!

Steffen was very kind and helpful in our search for property in the Cape Coral area. The members who came to help with missing pillows, blow dryers and wifi issues were very efficient.

Easy to find, easy to check in. Comfy beds, welcoming atmosphere and really beautiful view with awesome warm swimming pool. Very private but also central to town. This house looks better than on pictures and has everything possible that you may need to really enjoy your vacation.
