Where do we even begin! This house is absolutely breath taking the minute you walk in the door. Every turn left us in awww. The shower in the master was amazing. Our girls loved the room with the twin bed. After driving 30hrs they barely wait to jump in the pool. The pool is crystal clear and so much fun. The house has everything you could need and more. We plan to come back in the future!!!

This place is awesome. It was super clean. The house and everything is brand new and well taken care of. The finishes on the house are top notch. You can tell the builder knew what they were doing as everything was thought of. It was a very quiet peaceful place. The owner/renter have thought of everything. There are tons of bath towels and beach towels for the pool. There are extra pillows and blankets. The bedding and towels were high end. It is the little things that make the difference. It was like staying in a 5 star personal residence.

Thank you for your help throughout the stay. You guys run a good organization. The house was super clean and nice. Thank you and the owner for sharing it.

This is an awesome home for anyone looking to relax by the pool, but still be close to restaurants, the beach, park, and stores. It was very clean and spacious, and we never had any concerns during our week stay. I would highly recommend the Seashell for your Florida vacation. Wed love to come and stay again!

Your home was awesome! Thank you for having plenty of bedding and towels. We loved the pool area and the whole house felt spacious and clean. Just wanted to let you know that when we were looking for places to stay a few months ago, we almost didnt choose your home because you didnt provide a picture of the second bathroom. It ended up be a nice, big bathroom, so Id suggest you consider adding a picture to your listing. We loved everything about this rental. Thanks again!

We stay around this area every year and this was the best location because boating out is so close and walking across the street to restaurants and shopping for quick things. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Dolphins daily in the backyard!

Nothing short of amazing! Pool area is luxurious with palm trees and beautiful landscaping. Very quiet and secluded. We had rented a pontoon boat and docked right up to the house! Clean and well kept house. The outdoor bathroom by the pool was so handy! Lots of shade for little ones under the covered patio. Definitely will be back!

Thank you for letting us stay! We had a lovely time! Just a few suggestions: a bit more seating in living area and update the outdoor furniture as it is pretty weathered. Other than that everything was amazing and we would love to come back!

Perfect for peace of mind! The house is amazing and the views from the back are priceless! Its in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the manatees and dolphins by the deck. The pool and hot tub are excellent. The living room and kitchen are great for all your needs. Brand new washer and dryer too. The beds and bedrooms are perfect too. The three bathrooms are ideal for a house this size. You cannot go wrong with this house. Youll need two weeks to enjoy it all!

The Tortuga house is a beautiful home away from home.

Our house in Cape Coral was perfect for our familys spring break getaway. There were so many comfy gathering places throughout the property. The house was beautiful and the owners provided so many extras to make our vacation memorable. My grandson was able to catch his first fish :) We had excellent communication with the owners!! We will most certainly be recommending this house to our friends!!

Thank you so much for your excellent communication. We also want to thank you for allowing our grandson to be with us!!! My brother-in-law passed away unexpectantly on New Years Eve. This week gave us the opportunity to reflect on his life and create new family memories. We had a wonderful time!!

Our top priority was cleanliness when choosing a rental and this house was spotless! Felt and looked brand new! The only thing worn was the outdoor patio furniture cushions. Pool was nice, very little privacy visually when using the pool, but nobody was at any of the houses around it so not an issue for us.

Wonderful home with a very nice patio with sundown view ; very relaxing.... beautifull view over the saltwater canal with recently passing boats and a large variety of animals inside ( manatees seen from time to time, even dolphins possible , jumpin fishes all day long) and outside the water ; lots of amenities (as described in former reviews already ) ; hope to be back soon

Due to covid, our experience was by email and phone. Your team members were helpful and accommodating. The maintenance members that stopped by during the week were friendly and professional. Though we did not see the cleaners, they deserve note as the property was spotless on our arrival.

The home was beautiful and in a location near road access for the activities were are interested in. The neighborhood was very quiet and the canal had birds, iguanas, and fish to entertain us. We spent most of our time around the pool on the patio. We slept well in the beds. It was very helpful with one bathroom and shower off the pool for the children to dry off in. We would stay there again.

We loved our trip to Cape Coral! The house was great, well maintained, and the location was ideal. Being on the canal was really beautiful, we enjoyed seeing the dolphins in the morning right from the back porch! We will be back!

We had a great trip to Cape Coral. The house was great location, clean, and had great amenities. One suggestion would be to have an iron at the house.

A beautiful home with an exceptionally nice lanai and pool area. Quiet neighborhood less than a mile off a main thoroughfare. A very nice place to spend time; really dont need to go anywhere unless you want the beach experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for our family of four. Newly remodeled and very clean. We loved how open everything was. Kids had a blast swimming in pool the and the management company kept it warm for us when the weather got a little cool. We also loved eating dinner on the lanai watching the sunset and then going for an after dinner swim. The outdoor TV was a great feature as well.

Overall we loved the place! It was clean and we loved the decor. The kids especially loved the pool. There were a few hiccups that we wanted to make you aware of: the propane ran out after 15 min of use, the dryer did not work for the last couple days, there were excessive spiderwebs above the pool, the shower in the master bath only had hot water from the ceiling shower head and wand and no hot water from either shower head in the other bathroom, the toilet was not on securely in the master bath and rocked forward when you sat down. Having said that, Lee was helpful and responsive and these issues would not stop us from staying here again. As stated in the other comments, a welcome binder would be helpful. Thank you!

Vanessa, Eva and Steffen are three of the people we have interacted with. All three are stellar. Whether there is an email or a phone call, they respond immediately to answer any questions we may have. They go out of their way to ensure our stay is good and comfortable.

The property is an easy walk to restaurants, stores and groceries. We saw many Florida Burrowing Owls on our walks. We love those owls. The property has a nice pool/lanai and a dock with a brand new fire pit table with chairs, a tiki hut high top with chairs. It is a fun property.

Our family loved our stay here. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the nice warm pool and hot tub and our boys really enjoyed the double sided gaming table. Would definitely stay here again.

We have enjoyed multiple vacations with Vesteva. Their properties are beautiful (sometimes better than the pictures) and customer service is outstanding. In particular, Im grateful to Bob for his unbelievable attentiveness and to Eva for helping us select the perfect houses. While in Cape Coral, we have had the pleasure of dealing with Bob - his responsiveness is unmatched... he is eager to help with any and all requests to make their guests vacations unforgettable. He is willing to visit on a weekend to ensure no questions are left unanswered, while his attention to detail is admirable. We have traveled to many destinations throughout the years and Cape Coral home through Vesteva have recently become our favorite. Thank you for everything.
