La Vida Loca is a three bedroom and 2 bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral. La Vida Loca features fresh and updated beachy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king-size bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
The main bedroom along with its updated en-suite bathroom is located on the right side of the home, featuring a split floorplan with the other two bedrooms on the left side. The home features a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. The kitchen as well as the dining room comprise the center of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the canal. Our second time renting a vacation home with Vesteva and had another excellent stay. La Vida Loca was exactly as shown in the photos. A very comfortable home with everything you could need. The pool heating worked well for the first five days so swimming was lovely but then unfortunately the air temperatures dropped considerably due to the storm in the northern states and so the pool temperature was not warm enough to swim for our last few days. However it didn't spoil our enjoyment as we love the Cape Coral area and we're happy to relax in the lovely surroundings. Vesteva is a great company to deal with from ease of booking to reasonable pricing. We have booked again for later this year

It was the nicest house I have ever seen in a vacation, a lot better in real than pictures. You actually don't want to leave the house the whole time . The pool is so nice !to enjoy it by day and by night ! The area ist also excellent, very beautiful and safe. When I had a question I got immediately help. All in all , an excellent choice, I will definitely do it again . Thank you for everything.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location is perfect – calm, peaceful, and right by a lovely canal. A true haven of peace.
The outdoor space is fantastic, and the pool was a real highlight every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to Vesteva for the smooth communication – always available, responsive, and attentive. It's such a pleasure to have such a professional and accessible host.

Our stay at La Vida Loca was everything we wanted and even better. The open floor plan is great as the Kitchen and Great Room face the pool and canal with massive sliding doors facing west. The place is maintained perfectly by Vesteva who manage the premises on behalf of Blythwood Homes. The patio faces west so we made it a ritual to have evening cocktails looking at the sunset. Vesteva is helpful and friendly The home was very nice! The master suite is a dream! The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable so we didn't get to enjoy that, but we appreciated all of the available lawn chairs and the well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too.

This is a difficult one, as we never ever spoke or actually met anyone from the team. We arrived late, entered the house sent a photo of the electric meter next morning, stayed our 44 nights and then left. We did have one or two request which were communicated via text, which were responded to immediately, but that was it.
