We meet 3 colleagues, all of them very professional.

As written before, we really love this house Coconut. My husband very much enjoyed fishing from the bridge.

What stands out the most is the service from the Vesteva staff - couldn't be better.

We loved our stay in this wonderful house. It was very clean and we enjoyed the pool and huge bathroom.

Overall our stay was excellent and the property was as advertised and just what we needed. Only complaint is that the gardener showed up at 7 am on the 4th of July. Our 3 year old was still sleeping so I had to ask him to come back later which he was not happy about.

Vanessa from the start that I talked to her over the phone to start the booking process to the end just was very helpful. Orlando came to visit us the next day we arrived to make sure we didn't need anything. He let us know that if we needed anything that his team was only a phone call away. The team is amazing.

The place is amazing it fit us perfectly. It was nice to come home after a long hot day at the baseball fields to a pool and relax. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The Santa Monica proporty is a great place to stay in. It has all the amenities you need and more. The house is very well equiped and well taken care off.

Great house in a great location. Close to shops but very quiet and peaceful. Had a great time fishing off the dock.....although I didn't catch anything.....next time maybe

Just came back from our family vacation. What a Beautiful, beautiful home! Definitely exceeded our expectations. We're a family of 5, with a 2 and 3 year old and a teenager. All kids were happy! Little ones couldn't get enough of the pool and the older one loved the kayaks and hanging on the dock. This house is made for vacations. Well equipped kitchen, including a nice spice rack. We felt so comfortable and would definitely stay here again. One of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had.

What a beautiful home! Kitchen was large and fully stocked and all of the furnishings inside and out were relatively new. Beds were comfortable, the pool was divine and the pool table was an added bonus. We would definitely come back!

Vesteva was also really helpful, accommodating, and responsive. We had a slight issue where the original house we booked sold 2 weeks before our trip and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We loved this house even more than the original and they made everything work out. We will definitely use them again.

Clean, nicely appointed property. Beautiful pool and clean hot tub. Neighborhood quiet and relaxing. My family enjoyed watching the local Cape Owls and fishing in the canal. There's a short drive from the house to all the hustle and bustle of Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches, but it's nice to come back to a quiet and relaxing house away from the traffic. Truly a restful vacation for us!

The property was just as pictured. The neighborhood was quiet. I would stay again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed ourselves. The home was perfect for our needs.

It was a pleasure working with the team members. Everyone was very nice and efficient.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed! The outdoor space was our favorite spot, the water surrounding the house is very serene. As we enjoyed our evenings outside, we saw a dolphin in the water and a rainbow in the sky every night, so peaceful.

Bob stopped by the house and was very friendly and had suggestions on where to go for dinner. The only small negative was the outlets at the sink did not work. I was told someone would be coming to fix, but did not show. I was able to plug in the blow dryer in the bedroom so it all worked out.

The house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this rental property, it was well maintained and tastefully decorated.

Wow...what a beautiful house, and what a wonderful vacation! We were amazed...the house has everything needed for a stress free vacation...from bikes to use, to a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, pool toys, etc. Not to mention the beach is about a 30 second walk away. Grocery store is a 5 min drive. Quiet, family friendly beach. We can't wait to return!

Vesteva was so easy and professional to work with. Very quick to respond to all emails and questions regarding the property.

This property was an amazing fit for our family! The split floorplan allowed the kids to have their own space and the adults to have their own privacy too. My son loved fishing off of the freshwater canal. There were some huge fish in there! My daughters loved the clean warm pool. It was also relaxing at night to sit in the whirlpool. The home is very nicely decorated and all the furnishings looked brand new. There were lots of fun relaxing things to do nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. We spotted several tortoises and Cape Owls just next door to the property. Matlacha Island and it's quaint shops we're just a quick drive from the home. There was an area right nearby that was also great for manatee watching. Definitely want to come back to this property.

Pool area is fabulous, right on canal. We rented a boat for a week and it was docked right at house. Loved that there were some supplies to use without having to buy EVERYTHING! House very comfortable and spacious. Loved that there were some supplies! I have rented before where there wasn't even a packet of salt! Very comfortable and spacious.
