We enjoyed our stay here for 2 weeks. House is very well maintained & stocked with everything you need. 2 main master bedrooms with sliding doors to pool were great, beds were comfortable. Spent a lot of time outside on the large back deck, there were so many seating options, the pool overlooking the canal was perfect.

However, we did report to Vanessa that we found it to be rather dirty (food found under couches, bed, etc) when we checked in. Also, for such a beautiful house, we found it lacking in some areas, I had to buy extra silverware (spoons, forks, knives) at the dollar store as there was a very limited amount. We loved the property!! Our stay was great. The mattress in the master was uncomfortable and noisy. Any time my wife or I moved it was loud enough to wake the other up. I sounded like the coils inside rubbing on fabric. Not a deal breaker We bought that new high-quality memory foam mattress for the house, so then it's a non-issue. Vesteva

The house was exceptionally clean. The bedrooms have enough separation for some privacy. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware and pans to cook. We also made use of the bicycles, a fun way to get around. The screen over the pool is a bonus, no annoying bugs. Loved all the seating on the patio. Plenty of parking for big pickups. This is in a quiet neighborhood. Although in the evening heard the laughter of neighbors outside enjoying themselves. Which we loved.

A representative came to the property to check on a couple of issues and she was extremely pleasant. Also when we locked ourselves out after checkout and needed to get back in I called Eva and she helped immediately We enjoyed our stay at Porto Al Mare. The property was clean and nicely furnished. There was plenty of cutlery, dishes, glassware etc in the kitchen. The pool area is very nicely finished and had lots of seating options. The neighbourhood is very quiet. It was wonderful to have cable tv to watch

The only time I spoke with anyone was when checking in. I had requested and early check in two days prior to our arrival. I did not hear back from Vesteva so when we arrived I called the office and they let us right into the rental property. The property was exactly what my family was looking for.
