Island Time is a gorgeous, rental home situated in SE Cape Coral with Gulf Access. It is a quick drive to the Caloosahatchee River, twenty minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This rental features 3 bedrooms each with its own King size bed and 2 full bathrooms.
Island Time can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a split floor plan and pocket sliders opening up the house. Upon entering the home you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. From the kitchen there is access to the dining and living room, as well as pocket windows facing the pool area for great entertainment. A shuffleboard table is available for entertainment even on rainy days. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. There is a new dock for canal fishing. Island Time truly has it all and is just a thirty-minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Really enjoyed that I could turn up the hot tub. Turned it back down after each use and it heated up really fast. Nicely renovated place. My biggest issue was the fact that we couldn't watch regular tv. Wished they would have given us the option to use utube tv. That app was not an option and when I asked to download I was told only the owners have password to download. We couldn't have used our own username and password to get it. But we don't have the app downloaded. Lost power one day so had to open garage door by pulling string to open it. I couldn't get it to reconnect. I texted the person in charge and they came right over to get it back working. Appreciated it.

Home was perfect! Loved every small touch of it, perfect home for 4 guests , 6 would even be comfortable. Loved the outside area. After spending a week at this home it is giving us a “move to Florida fever” lol. Awesome hosts as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Island time, the house was equipped with most everything you could have to enjoy your vacation. The only con to the house is most of the lights in the house are controlled by remotes, not the wall switches, although, the fans are new, It took us a little time to stop turning on the wall switch. Beautiful home, beautiful pool. you will have a great time
We are repeat customers and have enjoyed all our stays. The main bedroom suite is oddly configured.

Everyone I felt with was very nice and helpful. Our stay was wonderful. A few things I would do differently if it were my rental home is provide paper products at least a couple rolls of paper towels and tp. Also there was 0 laundry detergent but the binder stated there would be a starter of it. The house was clean but the ceiling fans have not been cleaned. We had to message the property manager one time and they were quick to respond and show up at the property to help. Very friendly and easy to work with. Was a great stay for a family of 5. Had plenty of room, and the outside area was the best of the property. Pool and hot tub were amazing as well as the outside sitting area. Was able to do a little fishing off the dock as well. It was good & reassuring to have a number to call but sense of urgency & communication until resolve of an issue could be better. Since didn't have a check in due to our late arrival, we really didn't directly interact with staff. Messages were left. No one reached out to make sure we had questions the next day. Property was okay, but we had originally arranged for another property and had to be given a comparable home because the original property was being sold. It was nice that a property was available and we were accommodated, but we were not as physically active as we usually are on vacations.

We would have liked to have had follow-up from team about mice issue. When we called a week later, the response was he thought it had been handled. Obviously he hadn’t contacted us about the issue and that was disappointing. We didn’t feel we should have had to wait that long for the issue to be addressed. We have put a deposit on this rental for 2025. We are assuming the mice and garage problem will be resolved and we will be able to use the garage that is part of the rental!
