Welcome to Ellen's House

This three bedroom + den, 2 bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape offers a great layout and amenities. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants. Enjoy the perfect set up for Florida living!
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Ellen's House features typical Floridian décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two king-size bedrooms and one bedroom that is set up with a queen bed.
The den with a sleeper couch and desk can potentially accommodate two small children in addition to the set up of 8.
The main bedroom along with its relaxing en-suite bathroom is located on the left side of the home. Located next to the front entrance, is the den with desk and pull out couch. The right wing of the home features two more bedrooms as well as a hallway bathroom with access to the patio. Formal dining and living areas flow to the centrally placed kitchen which is the center of the home with beautiful views of the lanai and pool.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Some of the faucets and sinks need maintenance, but overall this is a very nice home. The grill needs to updated with new burners and the dishwasher did not work, but these were all minor inconveniences and I'm sure will be corrected before the next renter. We loved the stay here. Extremely comfortable and private. Very nice vacation home.

Lee was very kind as well as attentive to our needs at the rental. He gets top scores for patience and humor as well as knowledge about the rental. The pool caretaker was friendly, efficient and helpful. Kudos to Jeff! Loved every minute! The only snafu came with omission of mid stay cleaning. Miscommunication on my part, I'm sure.

Very helpful, seemed to care. Our second time there. Love it. Some notes,tho: Pool was chilly. Very. Would be good to have some control of pool heat. Is everything working? Ellen's House needs light bulbs. Table lamp was dark. Took bulbs from other lamps. I was not the first person to do that. Couldn't get the DVD player to work. We hope to be back in 2026. A great experience. The property was private with nice canal view. Quiet. The sound of the waterfall into the pool was very calming. Hated to leave. The pool was very nice and with the solar blanket we purchased, the temperature was very pleasant even on cooler days.

When we had a problem with the air con and had to contact vesteva, thecissue was very quickly dealt with for us. Not intrusive yet attentive. When an item of clothing was left by one of our party, vesteva responded quickly and even offered to bring it back to England as they were coming for a vacation - that is definitely first class service! Really enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in villas in florida for many years and the outside area of Ellen's house is the best we have ever had, sun all day, very priva
