Bellevue is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three full bathroom  with den luxury Villa with amazing conveniences.
Bellevue is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape with Gulf Access and south/west exposure views.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and Surfside with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with a wide-open floor plan, offering breathtaking views. This home offers a grandiose space, with a large sitting area for relaxing or reading with beautiful views of the pool area. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining area.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Bellevue features beautiful airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one King size bedrooms and one Queen bedroom as well as one bedroom with two twin beds.
The primary suite is situated on the left side of the home which gives you plenty of privacy. The two guest bedrooms are situated also with each having the option of their own private bath.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious bar there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
 
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a conversation table that has plenty of options for lounging and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, grilling or just watching amazing sun sets from your boat dock Tiki Hut.
