  • Are all rental properties managed by your company?

    Yes, all of our rental properties are under our management to ensure quality and consistency.

  • What is included in the rental homes?

    Our rental homes include sheets, linens, pillows, and blankets (with a spare set in the closet if needed). Towels and beach/pool towels are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, plates, and glasses (please note: set up is at the discretion of the owner but basic items are included) Hair dryers, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, and AC Units are also included.

  • Do the homes have internet access?

    Yes, all rental homes include free internet/WIFI/high-speed internet.

  • Are local and long-distance calls included?

    Most of our rental homes do NOT have a phone, if they do have a telephone it includes free local calls.

  • Is cleaning included, and what are the fees?

    Cleaning is performed after your stay and ranges from $150 to $500, depending on the property's size. Departure clean is included in your total balance.

  • Are there any outdoor amenities provided?

    Yes, all homes include lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a propane gas BBQ which is to be used at the risk of tenant and a $35 cleaning fee will be charged if the BBQ is not left clean. Weekly pool and lawn service is also provided.

  • Are taxes included in the rental price?

    Taxes are not included in the base rental price. The tax total is 11.5%, which breaks down to a County Tax 5.5% and Florida Sales Tax 6%.

  • Is beach equipment available?

    Some homes offer beach equipment at no extra charge. Check individual property listings for details.

  • Are homes pest controlled?

    Yes, the interiors of all rental homes are regularly treated by a licensed pest control service.

  • What happens if I need extra linens or towels?

    Each home provides a spare set of linens and towels in the closet for your convenience.
