Located in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral, Vista Solare is centrally positioned within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and several beautiful parks featuring tennis courts, pickleball, children’s play areas, beach volleyball, and more.

The open-concept layout includes a cozy sitting area perfect for reading or conversation, and a kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining and living room — ideal for entertaining.

This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Vista Solare features beautiful airy décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms who offer access to the lanai, and one bedroom featuring a queen bedroom with garden views.
The main bedroom suite has an en-suite bathroom as well as doors to access the pool area offering fantastic views of a magnificent southern exposure facing canal guaranteeing memorable vistas.
The two guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom and are set up very comfortable.
There is a designated laundry closet for guest usage.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything. 
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island, there is sufficient space to make great family memories or entertain.
Wireless internet is also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing outside or just watching amazing sun sets from your south facing pool deck or the dock.
The dock offers lounges for our guests who love to soak up the sun or enjoy fishing. You can also dock your boat and explore the many waterways and Island around southwest Florida.
