The four panel sliding glass doors open completely thus giving you an indoor-outdoor living space.  The heart of the home is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar fridge, as well as its visually striking island with 4 stools for great entertaining.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, or Sanibel Island and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport, depending on traffic and time.

Del Sol features comfortable modern décor; The home has a split bedroom floorplan which gives the owner's suite, (complete with a gorgeous tub & walk through shower), plenty of privacy taking up the entire side of the home, with three additional bedrooms and three full en-suite baths on the other side.  there's a door off one of the bathrooms which leads out to the lanai, and to an oversized stunning pool and hot tub. The entire pool as well as the lower sun deck are lit in the evening for all outdoor evening activities.
Relax or entertain on the large oversized screened lanai and pool which is accessible from the family area, has a beautiful outdoor seating area, as well as another dining table which seats 8. 
The interior boasts a modern style with tons of amenities. The kitchen, great room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be at the center of everything.

For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
