House was very comfortable and walking distance from the marina and restaurants. We loved the additional game room and all the amenities provided. I would recommend this home.

The garage has been transformed into a fantastic entertainment space/game room and is therefore not available for vehicle parking.
The game room features a 14' shuffleboard table, regulation size ping-pong table, foosball table, beer pong table, electronic dart board, card table with cards and poker chips, board games, Sonos speaker, neon accent lights and TV.
