Centrally located with easy access to Cape Coral’s main roads, the home provides a peaceful waterfront retreat while keeping you close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and everything the area has to offer. From here, you’re approximately 12 minutes from Matlacha, 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, and 45 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, depending on traffic.
Comfortable Coastal Living
Step inside and immediately enjoy an open, inviting floor plan with a beautiful view straight through to the pool, lanai, and Gulf-access canal. The light, beach-inspired décor creates a comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.
The Dock House comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three well-appointed bedrooms:
Primary Suite: King-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, and added privacy as part of the home's desirable split-bedroom floor plan. The spacious bathroom features a garden tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
Second Bedroom: King-size bed.
Third Bedroom: Two XL twin-size beds, ideal for children, teenagers, or additional adults.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and share a full hallway bathroom, which also provides convenient access from the pool area.
Open Kitchen & Gathering Spaces
At the heart of the home is the spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, creating a wonderful gathering space for family and friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and kitchen necessities, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home.
The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating and a TV with streaming capabilities. An additional TV on the lanai means you can catch your favorite show or game while enjoying the Florida weather.
For your convenience, the home also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, linens, and two-car garage parking. Long-term stays are welcome.
