Dock Holiday is a modern rental home situated in SE Cape Coral with Gulf Access. The home is centrally located within minutes to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport. Dock Holiday features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Dock Holiday features modern airy décor; with an open floor plan combing the living space, dining and nook area as an open entertainment space great for the family to gather. The home is fitting for an extended family with a split floor plan featuring two of the guest rooms (featuring king beds) on one side and the main king bedroom on the opposite site. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom as well as access to the lanai.
The Villa can fit up to six guests with this comfortable set up.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the southern facing pool area and lanai.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a great floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Most of the windows and sliders facing the lanai will give you plenty of light giving you the feeling of a true Florida lifestyle.

From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the living room and dining area, as well as sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment. A shuffleboard table and Ping Pong table are also available for family tournaments or to spend time on a rainy day.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying the peace or watching Sunday Night Football on the TV outside from the pool or the comfortable lounge area.
Take advantage of the large boat dock with ample of space for fishing or docking your boat to explore the canals or islands around Cape Coral.
Dock Holiday truly has it all, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest as well as many bike paths to explore the neighborhood.
