This home is beautiful and I highly recommend. It's decorated nicely and very clean. The home is stocked with all essentials plus many extras. There are many pool floats to enjoy the gorgeous pool. The lanai has comfy furniture so it's the perfect spot for those who need shade. They even have beach tent, chairs and toys to use. It's close enough to both Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel Island so we could go to both.

Our family of four stayed at this home for a long weekend, and it exceeded our expectations! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the thoughtful extras like beach toys and beach essentials made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool was fantastic and a favorite spot for our family to relax after a day at the beach. One of the highlights of our trip was watching the sunset from the private boat dock—it was absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect ending to each day.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be booking this property again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped vacation home!

We had the opportunity to spend a long weekend at Avida Serena in Cape Coral. This was a needed getaway and the property/area met all of our needs. This house is immaculate. The bathrooms and kitchen are flawless and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and sleep comfortably. There is a nice living area. Being in Florida, the highlight for us was spending time in the covered pool area and patio. We also made use of the blackstone. The area is quiet and peaceful to relax in the yard. We saw several boats moving through the canal but never heard significant noise. The area is very quiet and great for evening walks, runs, bike rides. Keep count of the bunnies on those walks!

The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed with a modern, upscale feel that instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. Every detail felt intentional, from the stylish décor to the thoughtful layout.
The amenities are where this place really shines. The pool with the waterfall is stunning—perfect for both relaxing and having fun. We spent so much time outside enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting. The private dock and boat lift were a huge bonus, and having fishing gear available made it even better. It's truly a dream setup if you love being on the water.
Inside, everything is top-tier. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, making it easy to cook meals just like at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable—everyone in our group kept commenting on how well they slept—and having smart TVs in every bedroom was a great added touch for unwinding at night.
The location is ideal: tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet just minutes from great restaurants and easy access to both downtown Cape Coral and Fort Myers. It's the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

This was our first time staying in this property and it was just amazing! Spacious kitchen and living room, perfect bedrooms, beautiful pool area and dock, and a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It was an easy drive to beaches, shopping and the airport. It was perfect for our family getaway! We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental home! Our group of four adults and two kids stayed for a week, and the house was perfect for our needs. The home is spacious, clean, and truly luxurious, with high-end finishes and plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.
