Waterfront Serenity is a traditional three bedroom, two bath vacation villa situated very central SW Cape Coral. The Villa has quick access to Veterans Pkwy and is close in distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, thirty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Waterfront Serenity features a light and airy décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king size bed and one queen bed and two twin beds.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very relaxed with this unique set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a split floor plan with plenty of light and spacious organic design with plenty of areas to relax and recharge. Upon opening the glass front door that brings in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise you have entered the sitting room with views of the pool area. The adjacent dining space offers plenty of seating for 6 guests in a more formal setting.
The Villa features a cozy family room with comfortable couch as well as a big screen tv in addition to a nook space that is open to the kitchen and with beautiful water views.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed sight to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of space to cook up some great meals while having an open view of the large canal intersection. The floor plan is open and let’s you be part of being in the action when working in the kitchen and you are not missing watching TV in the living room. The large sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage offers plenty of space to park your car.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated salt water pool or just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees. The sea wall with amazing views down the canal can be used for wildlife watching or just relaxing views of the oversized corner lot exposure.
Waterside Serenity truly has it all, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, options for biking with the mile long bike paths around Cape Coral and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.
