Lake View is a four bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral. The home is centrally located to shops and restaurants, if you are enjoying the Florida lifestyle but being in the heart of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Lake View features unique décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with two King-size bedroom and two Queen-size bedroom. Three Bedrooms are located on the right side of the home with the King having an En-Suite bathroom, the two Queen bedrooms share a hallway bathroom which is also directly connected to one of the Queen Bedrooms. A full bathroom is outside on the patio with patio access only. The main bedroom is located on the right side with an En-Suite bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this beautifully set up.
Lake View features a split floorplan. The home features a living room and a family room with plenty of TVs for the entire family. The large kitchen opens up and has views of the lanai. A formal dining space finishes this beautiful home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.   
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees on the dock with amazing views down the lake. This eastern facing home guarantees to not disappoint the sun lovers.

Back bedroom has an en suite bathroom but also a 2nd door to the hallway and can be accessed from hallway (there is a bedroom right across from the bathroom) and then the back bedroom has direct access.The other bedroom with the 2nd king bed has direct access but also a door to the hallway.4th bathroom is outside by the pool area
