Island Time is a gorgeous, newly remodeled rental home situated in SE Cape Coral with Gulf Access. It is a quick drive to the Caloosahatchee River, twenty minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This rental features 3 bedrooms each with its own King size bed and 2 full bathrooms.
Island Time can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.

The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious coastal design with a split floor plan and pocket sliders opening up the house.  Upon entering the home you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai. From the kitchen there is access to the dining and living room, as well as pocket windows facing the pool area for great entertainment. A shuffleboard table is available for entertainment even on rainy days. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, and a washer and dryer.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, and relaxing in the hot tub. There is a new dock for canal fishing.  Island Time truly has it all and is just a thirty-minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Von der Küche aus hat man Zugang zum Ess- und Wohnzimmer sowie einen Blick auf den Poolbereich für großartige Unterhaltung. Ein Shuffleboard-Tisch sorgt auch an regnerischen Tagen für Unterhaltung. Es gibt auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, WLAN sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Zu den Highlights im Außenbereich zählen: eine große Veranda, die darauf wartet, zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Essen im Freien, Unterhaltung, Schwimmen im beheizten Pool und Entspannen im Whirlpool genutzt zu werden. Es gibt ein neues Dock zum Angeln im Kanal. Island Time hat wirklich alles und ist nur eine 30-minütige Fahrt vom internationalen Flughafen Southwest Florida entfernt.
