This modern, new construction vacation home was completed in December of 2020. The property is located in a quiet, SW Cape Coral neighborhood on a freshwater canal. When entering the front door you'll find a very spacious floor plan featuring high ceilings, an open concept floor plan with a large kitchen island, light and airy living room. The master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom is located on the left side of the house, while the three guest bedrooms are located towards the right side of the home. Two of the three guest suites share a bathroom while the third guest bathroom has its own ensuite bathroom which also serves as the pool bathroom. The swimming pool is electrically heated and faces west. Enjoy the sun on the large pool deck or have a relaxing time watching tv on the outdoor lounge. It's location is only a 10 minute drive to Cape Harbour with all of its shops, dining and entertainment.
 



Villa Coral Pearl ist ein sehr modern eingerichtetes Haus welches im Dezember 2020 fertig gestellt wurde. Das Haus liegt im SW von Cape Coral an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse sowie einem Frischwasser Kanal. Das Haus verfuegt ueber 4 Schlafzimmer sowie 3 Baeder eine grosse Kueche und grossem Wohnzimmer. Schon beim betreten des Hauses wird man von enorm hohen Decken sowie einem offenen Wohnraum begruesst. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad welches ueber 2 Waschbecken, Badewanne sowie eine Dusche verfuegt befindet sich auf der linken Seite des Hauses. Die 3 Gaestezimmer befinden sich auf der rechten Seite des Hauses. Zwei der drei Gaestezimmer teilen sich ein Bad waehrend das dritte Gaestezimmer sein eigenes Bad hat, welches auch gleich als Pool Bad dient. Geniessen Sie tolle Sonnenuntergaenge auf der Richtung Westen ausgerichteten Terrasse oder entspannen Sie sich im Schatten unter dem Vordach. Die Pool Area verfuegt ueber eine Lounge mit TV sowie einem grossen Esstisch und Liegestuehle. Der Swimming Pool ist elektrisch beheizt und kann somit das ganze Jahr ueber benutzt werden.

Everyone was so attentive and helpful. Very friendly and answered all questions we had.

This is our second stay at this property and can't wait to come back again in 2024. Location was great as it was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and to many events throughout Cape Coral. Very easy to get to Fort Meyers Beach, as we went down to see the new Margaritaville Resort that just opened up and the progress being made after the hurricane. The house is very spacious and is able to comfortably sleep all of our family with the four bedrooms. The pool area is top notch with good size pool, eating area and love having the TV outside. We ate dinner outside every night and enjoyed grilling out a number of nights. We found many new restaurants to try that are very close to the house. Being on the canal is a major plus, as we saw all kinds of wildlife and boaters taking their boats out for the day. We enjoyed using their fishing gear and fished almost every day with great luck of catching 4-5 different species of fish. Nice quite neighborhood is also a benefit.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Had ample room for our family of adults and children. Spacious kitchen area with everything we needed. Lots of family time was spent on the lanai eating meals, watching tv, and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and area along the canal. Saw numerous manatee as they swam up and down the canal and even came over to the edge where we got an up close look. Took day trips to Ft. Meyers Beach and Sanibel which were only a short drive away. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 325.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
