This house is perfect! Well equipped. Beautiful pool.
The only negative is that it is on a very busy road. Traffic noise is quite bad at times. Plus, its across from a fire station which adds to more noise.

We had no issues with the team, they were great to accommodate us with everything we needed. would recommend using them.

The property was the nicest we have stayed in over the last 15 years of going to Florida. The only thing we would have liked to know, was the fact that the house was on a busy corner for traffic. Also the house was on the end of a canal that had garbage constantly gathering. but I know the house cannot control that, so that is why I gave it an excellent.

I have need worked with a more pleasant, warm and extremely available staff and company before. They are first rate.

The property was beautiful. The couple of hiccups (the AC and the brown stuff in the pool) were rectified as soon as we reported it.
The kitchen could do with a few much larger frying pans and an electric kettle but otherwise we had all we needed.

- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 300.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc. pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
