The Funky Fish Shack is a unique vacation rental located in the centrally located Cape Harbor Community with views of the harbor. The Funky Fish Shack is a bi-level home with a unique vacation feel in the walking distance to many great restaurants, shops and entertainment in front of your door steps.

Upon entering the home you have a Queen Bedroom Suite located with a private balcony, full bathroom and small kitchenette with a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. You can also take the elevator to the first level where the main living space is located, the kitchen is the heart of the home, open to the living room and balcony which is an extension of the living space that is expanding and having amazing north western facing views that can offer memorable sunsets. While enjoying the balcony with the conversation area or the sun lounges you can enjoy amazing vistas of the harbor while watching yachts cruise by. Fishing tours, fishing, Manatee or Dolphin tours are many of the great options that you can take advantage from this location.
You can grill some burgers, enjoy dinner al fresco style on the large terrasse or just relax and enjoy the main bedroom suite that is also located on the second level with a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub area that is uniquely set up.
If you have additional guests you can also take advantage of the second king bedroom suite that is a stand alone bedroom with its own private access, a toilet and sink with an outdoor shower. I did say this is a very "funky" and unique style home which is a very different experience from your usual vacation rental in Cape Coral.
The home also offers access to the community pool at Cape Harbor where you can enjoy a large pool and many sun lounges.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

- Rental rate includes 4 people
- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a        stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
