Aquamium Villa is a gorgeous, breathtaking three-bedroom + den, three full bathroom brand new luxury Villa with amazing amenities and beautiful upgrades.
This brand-new home was just finished in May of 2024.
Aquamium is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Walking distance to Cape Harbor, close to many restaurants and shopping. This Villa is situated close to many walking and biking trails and offers guests four bicycles to choose from to explore the beautiful upscale and quiet relaxing neighborhood.
As soon as you open the double glass doors, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views of your resort style pool.
This home offers tons of space, 2-bedroom suites with patio access and en-suite bathrooms, the oversize pool area offers lounge area, sitting area, outdoor TV, dining setting and amazing tropical views. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Island and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Aquamium Villa features beautiful modern décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with one king size bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and a den that can be converted with a sleeper couch.
Two of the bedrooms have their private bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third bedroom and den/office have a shared bathroom accessible through the hallway.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. 
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 8 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the jacuzzi or just relaxing on the sun ledge. A waterfall from the roof line into the pool as well as the sun deck offer great photo backdrops and plenty of sunbathing options.
The home has an outdoor kitchen (pls. note built in BBQ is not available to our guests) with a separate rollaway/standalone BBQ.
Aquamium Villa truly has it all. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Notes

 -Rental rate includes 4 people
- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
