Cocoa Cabana is an open space three bedroom and 3 full bathroom vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SE Cape also considered the Yacht Club Area.
The villa is centrally located and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about fifteen minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Cocoa Cabana features bright and light coastal décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one King size bed, one Queen bed and a trundle bed that can be converted to two twin beds.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this unique set up.
Cocoa Cabana is a dreamer’s paradise with direct Gulf Access.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious beachy design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation paradise.
The Villa features a family room with comfortable couch as well as a big screen tv in addition to a formal TV space and a dining room.
The covered lanai has a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee with beautiful views of the pool and water.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large fully equipped kitchen as well as high top bar which offers additional seating there is plenty of room for conversations. The floor plan is open as the kitchen serves as the center of the home but has great views of the patio, living room and dining space The large sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment and sunset views.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The garage is currently occupying the owner’s vehicle and might not be enough space to park another car unless it is on the smaller side.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees or enjoying the lounge area for watching TV.  The dock with amazing views down the canal can be used for sunset views, fishing or just enjoying the option of a boat rentals.
Cocoa Cabana truly has it all, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, options for walking  around Cape Coral and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

Notes

 -Rental rate includes 4 people
- Each additional person is $ 20.00 per night plus tax
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out Time 10:00 a.m.
- Sales Tax (6.5%) and Tourist Tax (5%) will be added (total 11.5%)
- All major Credit Cards accepted (convenience fee applies)
- Bank fees are payable by the tenant
- Pets are not allowed except on listings that state "pets welcome"
  if pets are allowed there is a $150 ,+ Tax non-refundable pet fee to be charged.
- No smoking inside any of the rental houses
- $75.00 a week towards electric usage is included
- A cleaning fee of $ 275.00 will be added to the rental amount
- Reservation Deposit 30% from the Rental Balance
- If the home has an outdoor kitchen that is set up with a built in BBQ, the built in BBQ is for owner use only. Guests will have a stand-alone gas BBQ available for use during their stay.
- When booking through a 3rd party such as Airbnb, VRBO etc.  pls. note you will also receive an email from Vesteva that will need to be approved and acknowledged and just reinforces the Terms and Conditions already stated on those 3rd party sites.
