January 2024 This is our second visit to Cape Vista and this beautiful home again did not disappoint. We worried Hurricane Ian may have destroyed this little gem, but the homeowners have made necessary repairs and updated things just beautifully. The reclining leather sofas were an added bonus and much appreciated due to painful foot issues. The pool area with new cage and pavers has perfect lanai seating for entertaining, outdoor dining, watching manatees in the canal, and incredible sunsets. We highly recommend Marias for authentic and delicious Italian Cuisine. Thank you Cape Vista, until we return again. Kellys, Missouri

If you are looking for a perfect getaway you have to come see this home! Everything is in perfect condition from the entire house to the outdoor pool and bar area. Over the past few years we have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one tops them all! We enjoy going on evening walks and this was a great and safe area for that. We will be back again and highly recommend this property and using Vesteva Vacation Rentals.

Everything with the team was good. Timely and the unit was clean. We didnt have any issue to text or call for. The property was great and perfect for what we wanted.

We really like the property and the location. Other than the TV situation listed above, my only other recommendation would be to have more lighting where the table is right outside the doors. The fans do not have lights and when you want to have dinner outside it can be dark with just one light out there. Also, would have been great to have plastics glasses and plates for outdoor use, we purchased disposable ones, but with such a great outdoor space we were cautious of using breakable dishes and glasses. Overall, great place!

The management team was very responsive. We needed help with the pool control and got a response quickly. Check in and out very easy.

Property is very nice. Newer and nicely decorated. The pool/spa area very beautiful and the pool/spa heater up really quickly. Nice to have TV on patio. The pool area had some pool floats and balls. The interior was very comfortable. I would make a few suggestions though. They should add some board games, an electric kettle, more towels, a beach cooler, more beach chairs. Some bicycles would be nice if possible since the area around is pretty and biking to the marina or Publix would be a nice option. We have stayed at several other rentals in Cape Coral and are making comparisons/suggestions based on other stays. Overall, very nice property and I would recommend it!

Beautiful house! Love the decor and how light & bright everything is. The house was spotless and everything we needed during our stay was provided. We enjoyed having nice restaurants close by and the nearby shopping made everything super convenient. Loved lounging in the pool and enjoying the sunsets. We will definitely be booking a return trip.

The only person was maintenance. He was responsive, thorough, and very polite helping me to find the thermostat.

Absolutely Beautiful Property!

Everyone was so attentive and helpful. Very friendly and answered all questions we had.

This is our second stay at this property and can't wait to come back again in 2024. Location was great as it was very convenient to stores, restaurants, and to many events throughout Cape Coral. Very easy to get to Fort Meyers Beach, as we went down to see the new Margaritaville Resort that just opened up and the progress being made after the hurricane. The house is very spacious and is able to comfortably sleep all of our family with the four bedrooms. The pool area is top notch with good size pool, eating area and love having the TV outside. We ate dinner outside every night and enjoyed grilling out a number of nights. We found many new restaurants to try that are very close to the house. Being on the canal is a major plus, as we saw all kinds of wildlife and boaters taking their boats out for the day. We enjoyed using their fishing gear and fished almost every day with great luck of catching 4-5 different species of fish. Nice quite neighborhood is also a benefit.

Property was as advertised! Clean, beautifully decorated home in central location to restaurants and groceries. 40 minute drive to Sanibel Island. House well kept with upgraded amenities. Spacious for a family of four and two dogs. Highly recommend!

Lee was fantastic. Helped me with a pool/spa concern on Christmas Eve. We had a couple of small concerns while there, but Lee addressed them immediately.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the outdoor area. Could use a TV outside.

loved the pool and hot tub! it was stocked with toys and stuff for the pool and the kitchen was stocked with necessities. very nice house. would love to come back.

Constructive comments: the kitchen could have used a few more cutting boards and sheet pans. The pool and spa heating was difficult to control. Otherwise everything was great!

I worked initially with Vanessa who was warm and welcoming and Nick who also helped answer some questions. Very kind, professional and responsive.

The house was well appointed and cozy. My only suggestion is that finding the Thermostat in this house is tricky because the only words on the control box say "alarm.com" on it, so no one would know it's actually the Thermostat. Maybe put a label on it? That said My family and I had a great experience!
