The Villa is fabulous and the location is beautiful - we really enjoyed the space. Communication with our hosts was easy and fast. We had a really lovely holiday staying at Villa Summertime and would recommend it. You need a car as there isnt anything in walking distance really. The WiFi was not good and kept dropping out which was an issue and meant we often needed to pay for data roaming on our phones so that we could access the web when we needed it.

Plenty of space. Nice kitchen. 3 places to eat. Very clean. Nicely equipped. Minimal contact with management. Didnt need it. Everything about check in, house operations and check out clearly communicated and worked as proposed. No problems at all.

Everything you need is already there, except for you! Beautiful home, on the water and so relaxing. What a beautiful home! My family and I had so much fun enjoying the great amenities which made it feel more comforts Ken and ultimately more enjoyable. Easy access to Fort Myers (and beach) as well as near all of Caoe Corals restaurants, shops and grocerie stores. I hope we get the chance to reserve this beautiful home in the future.

Our stay at Casa Del Rio was very nice. House was very nice and the neighbors were able to tell us some local places to go. Overall a great trip. Stay was real good. Thank you!!

Although not near the major FL beaches, Aquamarine offers a private, peaceful, and warm getaway with a beautiful canal view. Nice restaurants and shopping are are nearby and the community beach 15 minutes away. I would recommend renting kayaks for the week to be able to explore nearby. Overall, a great place to stay. Awesome place. Could use hand and wash towels and a few more baking basics. To be a bit more senior friendly, a hand rail in the shower and on the house wall beside the pool would be very helpful. The Magnolia home was perfect, and the pool was such a great way to spend your afternoons. I will certainly use Vesteva Vacation Rental's again. Loved the Magnolia, location was GREAT! Everything you need is right there. The neighborhood was beautiful. Communication feedback:

We had an excellent stay at Seahorse house on Dolphin. The house is very well equipped, the neighbourhood is quiet, the location is excellent as it is so close to the Yacht club beach and the pier. The pool is the perfect size. We would highly recommend the property, although it is a two-bedroom and would be a bit tight for more than 4 people.

Great house! Great location! Great pool and dock on the canal! Very clean and comfortable! Would recommend it to all that want a vacation home in Cape Coral!

We were impressed with Vesteva for clear and quick communication before and during our stay. It was great having an in-person check-in at the home, and the very minor issue we had (a door not closing properly) was fixed the same day. All in all, Bonita Breeze was a great location for us to home base as we explored the Ft Myers/Sanibel area and we would recommend it to any of our friends. We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. And very much appreciated the great communication with Stefan, and quick response to the minor problems we encountered. Please pass our thanks to the handyman who fixed the faulty door and light switch. He was conscientious and did great work. And he gave us some excellent suggestions for places to see and eat on Sanibel Island.

We are a family of four who loved staying at Bonita Breeze. The house itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. And it is very well "stocked" in terms of kitchenware, cooking utensils/appliances, towels, and beach extras (cooler, chairs, etc). We spent a lot of time at the huge center island in the kitchen cooking, eating and playing games. The pool and hot tub worked great, loved the screened enclosure and outside dining, and the WI-FI was excellent too. And, we were impressed with Vesteva for clear and quick communication before and during our stay. A very good stay

Always a friendly staff and that makes our stay very easy. Check in and out is a breeze. If ever a problem, they are always there to help solve the issue. Usually there are no issues.

Lovely place to stay. Decorations were top notch. Very comfy bed in the master. Pool was always warm. Just perfect. Will be back for sure.

Our stay was relaxing and exactly what was described. We have high expectations for where we stay and this place did not disappoint. The location is safe and convenient to shopping. The house is clean and beautiful. We wanted a vacation that we could relax and do absolutely nothing. We laid by the pool, enjoyed the hot tub, watched movies on the big screen tv, and watched the flying fish from the marina. The beds are spectacular and we loved the fact that each bed had plentiful pillows. We will be back.

Lovely home, outdoor spa and infinity pool with waterway view were our absolute favorite part. Also loved the open kitchen living room space. Excellent vacation home with all that we needed. We had a terrific vacation here. I highly recommend the Captiva vacation home.

Starfish is a beautiful home. We didn't want to leave.

we called on a Saturday to report a problem with the pool heating being low and early Monday morning there was a repair man at the door and the pool heater was fixed and we enjoyed the pool everyday thereafter also a very large mirror fell from the wall in one of the bedrooms and shattered, we reported it and the following day there was again someone at the door to clean it up and remove the mirror.

the house was very comfortable and clean. There are two master suites (with very comfortable beds) with bathrooms which made it very comfortable for a two couples stay. The pool was cleaned every week and the hot tub was great. I really liked the refrigerator, it was nice to separate all the foods into different drawers. The kitchen was very well stocked and the kurig was a plus as well. The laundry room was large and nice to store our coolers and things that we had with us on the trip down from Wisconsin. We have rented with Vesteva for several years and don't ever go with anyone else for our annual stay in Florida. Also getting to meet other Vesteva renters at the gathering was terrific. We hab such a wonderful time. Thank you! and we will see you all again in 2019!
