Excellent house and very clean we will be back again

Perfect home for a family of 6 for spring break. Close to all the Gulf has to offer. Clean home, friendly staff, quiet and very nice neighbor/neighborhood. I would definitely book this hims or with Vesteva again!

Easy process from check in to check out the team was great

The Scarlett house was very clean, beautiful and very spacious! My family and I enjoyed our stay and we didnt want to leave ! The house was exactly like the pictures if not better !The check-in and check-out was very easy . We will definitely be back and recommend it to this property and Vesteva to everyone! I loved the Scarlett house !

Any time that we had questions or a small issue --- Vesteva was instantly there to fix it---even on a weekend !!!!

Eva was great helping us find a house that we wanted at the price we could afford. She is also helpful in making the booking process easy and simple. Vanessa checked us in on Monday morning. She was friendly, helpful and explained to us everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. She even had the grill replaced because the burners were rusted out. Gary was a friendly, cheerful guy who brought us the new grill. He also came over to fix a small leak by replacing a shout-off valve.

Great amenities, great location, clean and well maintained home! Were looking forward to renting from Vesteva again!

This is just a super easy, VERY quiet home that lends itself to daily excursions to the best south western Florida sites: Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, great sailing and fishing charters. Loved the kayaking, etc. get to Love Boat ice cream!!

All good! No complaints. Thank you for a great getaway. We enjoyed daily excursions to Pine Island, Sanibel, at sea, by kayak...Ding Darling incredible....kayak or paddle board on dock would have been awesome but obviously not possible when dock is damaged! The kids loved the pool!

There was a mix-up of some kind as upon our arrival at 4.40 on the 25th of March the cleaning lady was still working in the house and she seemed to think that we were supposed to arrive only on the following day. But this was no big problem for us as she promised to be ready in 20 minutes. The property manager who came by the next day was very helpful and friendly. Upon departure, we were told beforehand that the check-out time was at 10 am. But then we received a mail saying it was at 11 am. I sent an e-mail telling you that we would like to leave before 10 am, as asked, but I never got any answer to that. So we just left at 10 am, I hope that was all right.

The house was perfect for us, very clean and well equipped. Our only wish would have been to have a little more written information, like on the recycling possibilities, the trash pick-up, the use of the pool and the washing machines etc. We were able to ask these things of the manager who came by but a lot of these things come to mind only gradually. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a water boiler for tea.

This management team is the most responsive of any other management group we have ever used over the past fifteen years of wintering in Florida. Their goal is to provide well kept homes to insure your vacation is a stress free and happy one.

Third year is this home for Feb and March. We love it more each year and call this our Haven and Happy Place even thou we have had to weather some major health issues while here. This home provides a place of peace and tranquility and we look forward to returning next year.
